City Bank Collections Department on behalf of Sears Mastercard. Been called each day for a couple of weeks already.

I receive it almost every other day to my cellular phone.
It's not speaking English, I do not understand anything.

Called my cell phone number at 7:25PM on a Sunday evening. Most likely is Citi Bank collections for Sears Mastercard as I've had a complaint with them that they ignored so I got their attention. I quit paying! :)

Calls early and all the time!  What about people who are sick???

They will not stop calling! They call even on the weekends, and at least 20 times a day. They start at 6 AM or earlier, and continue until 10 PM. Please help me to make it stop!

I have been getting repeated calls from 520 662-8998 and 520 664-9698. Today alone, the calls came at 8:45am PDT, 1:30pm PDT and at 3:23pm PDT (I'm in Portland, Or).  They do not leave a message, and I do not owe anything to Sears or CitiBank. It's annoying! Grrrrgh!

What do they want and how do I get them to stop calling?

Call Multiple times daily, I am not late on any Sears card payments and no messages are ever left.  Very Annoying!!

Have caaled several times for some Japanese guy - I've told them repeatedly to stop calling and to delete my number - I am not the person they are trying to reach.  To no avail.. also receiving calls from 520-662-8998 Dumb*sses

They keep calling. I asked the caller to put me on her "Do not call list," and not to call me again. She said they would keep calling. They don't leave a message, so I can only assume they want to sell me something. How can I get them to stop calling?

recieved a call from this number with the girls in the backround saying some crazy stuff for about a min. i never was able to ask who the hell it was.

I have near 30 calls from this number in a period on one week. There's a male voice, however I'm not able to coprehend what he is saying. They either leave a quiet message, or a one-word message. These phone calls are being added to my account. They need to stop calling me!

I too get several calls a DAY from this number.  Weekends included!!  It is Sears collections and no matter what I tell them about our account, they call again just 2 days later to see if our situation has changed.  Unfortunately,I can't block the number on our cell phone.

They call me ALL THE TIME! I am not late on any payments, the one time I answered they wanted to sell me stuff. They won't stop calling. How do we get them to stop? I just don't pick up any more.

Heres what i did..went online, set up my accout so i can edit my contact information and changed my phone number..i should find a phone number to a porn websight or something just as obnoxious so taht when they call they get a taist of their own medicine.

We have received repeated calls from 520/662-8999 to my husband's cell phone, but we do not know who is calling.  If I find out who it is I will post the name.

I get calls from this number constantly. Have sent written notices to SEARS (Citicards) requesting they ONLY contact me in writing in accordance with the Fair Debt Collections Act.  They continue to violate this act, leave no message and/or a recorded message and call many times per day, 7 days a week.  Apparently they don't care that they are violating the FDCA AND there is a question as to where they are actually "licensed" to collect.  Part of the FDCA includes a requirement to be licensed in the state in which they are "collecting".  My acct is current and yet they continue their harassment.  Citicards is NOTORIOUS for this type of practice.  They now "own" many of the gasoline cards as well as Sears,etc.

This Agency keeps calling my house all hours of the days (Monday thru Sunday).

# keeps showing up on caller ID- caller hangs up when I answer the phone.

This number call my phone several times a week and nobody talks.  I hope its not an issue with my closed sears account, because i pay the doubt with a collect agency and i have the evidence.   We are tired of thise calls.

A Citigroup/bank/card ??? rep for Sears called us tonight. I asked her (HER NAME IS LAURA AND SHE IS A MANAGER CALL HER!! :) why do we keep receiving calls 3 - 4 times a day with no one on the other line? She said "Oh, we're having problems with our auto-dialer, we're working on that" I then asked her why, when my husband last spoke to Citigroup he asked the same question and was told by a rep "We would never do that! That just can't happen sir!" I told her we now consider any phone call from them HARRASSMENT! She wasn't interested in that. Unauthorized charges were made on my husband's Sears card and he has signed afidavits etc, and anytime they call, they insist they have no notes of the previous conversation where my husband was CONVINCED that this would all be taken care of. LOOK OUT FOR THESE ANIMALS! We'd rather deal with the mafia! ~G.
