Our comany received a call from this number on a saturday morning. We did not answer, being that we are not open saturdays. A young lady named "Brittany" claimed that she needed to verify employment, following a reference number. Hmm, I did not know that you needed a reference number when calling back to a company needing history of employment? Could this be possible?

Received a call on a Thursday morning from a girl that makes the phone call sound like were friends, call went as follows:

"Hi ****** This is Jennifer, give me a call back as soon as possible! thanks, bye."  

Very sneaky, but I can trace your number.

And it is very annoying... but I'm a little bit wiser!   :-)

I have also recieved a call today from a girl who acts like she knows me and has something she really needs to tell me. "Hi this is Sabrina... give me a call back as soon as possible." Name on caller ID says unavailable but lists the number. I traced the number and found out it was a collection agency. Thought you can get away with that did you. I do not answer calls that I do not know and I definatley do not call them back.

Staff Rude, Immature, Unprofessional, argumentative, threatening, expressed power and control over phone, Their managers have no ethics in the interest of making their client a buck.

Ha! I was so confused by the call I got. "I don't know anyone in Tucson named Ashley", I thought, but the message sounded like she knew me. Googled the phone number and... what do you know. A sneaky, underhanded collection agency. Thanks for these posts.

I, too, received several calls on my answering service claiming, "Hi, this is Jordan, and I NEED you to call me back as soon as possible!" She made it sound as if 'in desperation.' I don't appreciate someone NOT giving me their LAST name, what company they are from and what it's regarding! Of course, I'm NOT gonna return their call - what are they thinking? Acting like that!? I"d like to complain to management, but if it's gonna fall on deaf ears, well then.....

I've received several calls either from a "Jimmy" or a "Mason" from this number.  I wish I had recordings of what was said to me because both individuals were rude, aggressive & threatening.  The issue involves a bill from a medical provider that is in a dispute resolution process.  When I've said this to the callers they've said, "That's not our problem, you owe us $_________.  My wife, who is ill, has been treated worse than I, and both of us have hung up on them.  Yesterday, I told the caller that I was willing to talk with him in a civil manner, but that I was unwilling to be a doormat for him or his company, and that if he continued, I would block his calls.  He continued, I hung up, and a lady called back on the phone within 2 minutes.  I've now blocked the number & plan to seek additional legal assistance on Monday morning.  I've read explanations of what these companies can & can't do under the Law, and this particular company & its employees are violating the Law big time.

Received a call this afternoon. The Caller ID said "Surety Acceptance" the message left did not identify the caller but only said "Hi, this is Sabrina. Please give me a call back at 790-7181. Bye!"

They've been blocked from calling again and I'll file a complaint because they refuse to identify the company.

Got a call from this number this morning, but didn't answer.  The message left said "Hi, this is Mason Storm. Give me a call back right away at 790-7181."  Guy sounded friendly--like he knew me, but I don't know anyone in Tucson by that name, so I checked it out on the web.

I totally agree. This place has my cell and even my work # with my extension!!!! They called me again this morning, and I picked up my phone hung it up and they called again. This time I answered and told them to not call here, this is a place of business. The lady on the other end asked who I was I told her none of her business, she insisted on speaking to an "employee" I told her don't call!! And hung up on her! This place has really no shame!! I mean come on to call some one at work and harrass them, I don't owe anyone any money....

I called today to PAY MY BILL and was talked to like iv never been talked to before!!!!!! I asked what the bill was for,She said BILLS!! No really?!! What ones? She tells me she will not and does not have time to tell me,but if i want to pay her over the phone she has time for that!!! Hell NO!! They will NEVER get a penny out of me!!!!!Being rude is NOT the way to be when someone is paying the bill!! And they really need to watch what they say,you NEVER know who is calling!!!!

Received call on cell.  woman spoke very quickly and demanded I call her back immediately at 790-7181.  Honestly I think most people in debt are victims of unfortunate circumstance and now the economy.  These collection agency need to learn some manners and the law!

I received phone calls from these people awhile back - "hi this is Sabrina call me back!!"  I never did then I got a threatening legal action letter from them.  I paid the debt directly to the company that was owed.  Yesterday, I received a phone call from "Steve Smith" and will not return his call. Odd thing though - my friend got a call from him at work regarding a debt. (I answer the phone at work) I find it odd that the two of us get calls from the same collector within a day of each other. My friend did call him back and says they are very rude and demanding. My friend paid the debt they were calling about a couple of years ago - 2006 I believe.

Someone keeps calling from this #, sometimes they leave a msg, sometimes not. When they leave a msg, very demanding to call back to the #. Do not say who they are or why, have a nice day, nada! I don't call back unknown #'s so they can call till the end of time. After reading what other's have been through, I'm glad I didn't call them. Thanks for the info everyone.

Same as everyone else~ got a call but didn't answer. Sounds like a scam to me! What collection agency has a LOCAL number???? Sounds like they are just trying to rip people off! Has anyone tried to verify that they are a real company? Sounds like the police should get involved....Do they eventually stop calling? I hope so....

If you receive a call from this place.. 1'st, write them a CEASE CONTACT letter. Also send them a SHOW CAUSE letter (Both can be Googled for a format) Make SURE you get them notarized. Send them with a return receipt. I PROMISE.. they WILL ignore them as they did mine. Next, file a complant with the FTC. (www.ftc.org) In your complaint, state you have a notarized cease contact letter and they are still contacting you. Also state that you have demanded for them to show you what information they have and they did not respond. (Both of these are serious violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) I did all of this and they are being investigated as I type. :D If we keep on them, they will go away for good. The WILL "Get theirs".. (Federal fines are a B#^CH for violating the FCRA!)
