1-520-827-6921(caller ID says Superior AZ) has called our business line 5 times saying they have recent changes to credit card processing. Felicia Paris is name of caller, gave us a reference number.
She is not the first caller from Superior AZ, very aggressive. When I said he is busy & will not call you back she became louder. I said do not call again & hung up. She then called back repeatedly to which I simply hung up, finally had to take phone off hook for several mins.

1-520-827-6821  (caller ID says Superior AZ) Also saying they are calling in reference to a service merchant account of which I do not have. Felicia Paris is name of caller and was agressive. Told her to take me off the call list in a polite manner and she thanked me for being rude and hung up.

Next time I'm recording the call.

I've gotten several calls on our business line from Ms. Felicia Paris ("just like the city in france" she says) at "Merchant Services". Each time she calls and asks for our business owner by name (which her company probably gleaned by simply asking for the name of the business owner during past calls) to inform our owner of changes to our merchant services account. Upon denying her the ability to speak with our owner due to unavailability she presses on and leaves a number to call her back at and a file reference number to use if you call back.

Usually, this is the end of the call. However, lately she has been calling nearly every day and getting extremely snippy. When I informed her that our business owner would call her back if she was interested in her services and their was no need to call back again, she flipped her lid and got mad. I politely told her good bye and hung up. She called back immediately to ask my name and if the messages she had been leaving with us had actually been getting through. I declined to give either piece of information and again told her good bye and not too call again. Once again, she called back and briefly lectured me on the non-solicitation nature of her call and chided me for being rude to her.

To be honest, it's clear that she's running some sort of scam, and even if she wasn't, would you really want to do business with someone like that?

We received a call from Felicia Paris and when she said she was from merchant services we politely thanked her and said "we are not interested, but thank you for calling." She immediately called back and started YELLING: "WHY DID YOU HANG UP ON ME?!!"
(Shocking, as we operate a very serene front office and everyone speaks in 'spa voice' and so we said "We didn't hang up on you, we politely declined as we are not interested in phone solicitations."
She continued to yell "I'm not trying to INTEREST you!"
Then, and only then, did we hang up on her.
Wow. Just Wow. Someone needs to up the meds.

Received a call from 520-827-6921. Male caller said there was a change to my merchant services account. I said I didn't know what a merchant services account was. He replied, in a rude tone, that merchant services was how my customers use their debit and credit cards. I said I don't accept those cards. Obviously, this company is misrepresenting itself and its services; there has been no "change" in my merchant services account because I don't have one!

Rcvd call from: 520-827-6921, Jennifer.  She wanted to advise the owner of changes to our Merchant Services agreement. She provided me with the Reference # for the call.  We do accept debit/credit cards so I asked her if I can call our personal representative and provide them with the Reference number and have them review the changes with us.  She indicated she was not in "that" department.  I told her I can appreciate she is assigned to another department, however, we only handle the business through our Personal Representative.  After a little more inquiry she verified she was not with OUR Merchant Svcs company, but an entirely different company.  I told her to remove us from her solicitation list, she stated it wasn't really solicitation and that I did not have the authority to with hold the information from the owner.  These types of calls make it very difficult to separate the legitimate business from the scam.  We do not establish business relations with solicitation so by asking to be removed means they do not have to waste their time trying - move on.

Same as others have reported... calls from both female and male telemarketers - at one pointe we even got a 'supervisor' on the phone... First red flag - we have 4 owners and they asked for the one that has nothing to do with the accounting and business side of things. Very aggressive and wouldn't answer any questions - insisted on a meeting. Finally got annoyed and hung up on them. They called back immediately but I ignored it. Shady company for sure!

We have received multiple calls from this number. Today, after informing them yet again that we are not interested in their services, we hung up. They called us back five more times, each time becoming more and more aggressive. This is some kind of scam, even though they claim that this is not a sales call. We do not have an account with them. We also told them that they could email us, they declined and insisted that they must speak to the business owner and that the matter was urgent. Do not trust this company.

This company called me and was able to schedule an appointment to meet with their analyst regarding my merchant account.  I am not sure about the other posts on here, but they were able to save me thousands of dollars on my credit card processing.  It was remarkable!  From what I have read in these reviews, you guys are all insane.  They are not a scam!  That number is the National Interchange for merchant processing.  If you don't like your money, then continue to hang up on them.  Lowest rates I've seen in 27 years of business.  Analyst was very professional as well.

Roger, I'm guessing you are a troll. 1) A search on the internet yields no company, no organization for "the National Interchange for Merchant Processing." 2) The reports from the posters here have similar experiences with persistence, rudeness, high pressure tactics, accusations and repeated machine-gun phone re-calling. If you are satisfied with this service, good for you. The rest of the posters do not want to work with a company who appears to be so unpleasant and un-businesslike. Their objects do not seem insane.

Rang wireline. Actually rang three separate calls in two minutes. Left no message. Hung-up short twice, before voice mail could activate. Caller ID was "wireless caller." Really? Anecdotally, even if I had answered and even if there was a person to speak on the other end, I could not have benefited from the service because I do not accept credit/debit cards. If the pitch was about changes to my merchant account, as others report, that is highly suspect of illegitimacy, i.e. this company has no idea who is being called. The calls are phishing solicitations.

Rang mobile. Left no message. Three earlier calls today on wireline. Same group calling from last May. Same number but last digits. 520-827-2923.

Scum like this is why I pay for a service to block calls. I tried to explain that we are truly all set with our merchant services because. well. we are. The woman just kept pushing to speak with the owner. I asked her to please stop calling and she just kept repeating "are you the owner? Is your name ____?" over and over and over. Blocked~! C U Next Tuesday.
My favorite part of blocking people like this is reviewing my call logs to see how frantically they redialed just to get a message letting them know they can no longer call my number.  :) She gave up after 4 calls.
