called saying change was made on May 7th and needed to speak to the owner very important sort of threatening, would not share the account # he was referencing...was very rude and deceptive

Calls constantly and I challenged him today...name is Chris Stevenson, is a hugely disrespectful jerk.

I have been receiving many calls from not only this rude guy Chris Stevenson but also others from the same company.  Thet are annoying liars and do not represent our current merchant services company,  which they have been saying that they do.  We have instructed our employees to hang up immediately to discourage thier calls.  They will not call the accounting department... they only call the store numbers.

Chris Stevenson - is a jerk - probably a fake name too! I asked what company do we use to process our payments? he refused to name it - I HATE TELEMARKETERS!

People, report these calls to your real CC merchant service contact. They will take care of it if they are any good. I had the same thing with this asshat several months ago and I let my rep know about the calls along with the phone numbers. He called them and our business has not been called again. He told them his company would sue if they continued to call his customers and lying about who they were.

If you are an individual with a merchant account, these people will actually make an appointment to come to your house under false pretenses.

They are complete douches.

Total fraud.  Very talented talkers though...almost believable.  But, in my opinion, fraud.

Have gotten several calls from this @sshole as well. Very rude and complete fraud "service". Will not stop calling me though.

called us asking for owner he needs to tell him about a change in our merchant services account, gave his number 520-827-6928, Ray, gave reference number.  When I told him I was office mgr. he said only authorized to speak to owner.  I am glad I went on internet to see everyones feedback about this company.

They called 3 times in a row this morning.  On the third time I picked up the phone and said hello.  The minute I heard the person speak I told them that they called me 3 times in a row and that is harassment.  They have not called back (so far).  UNREAL  I don't do business with them and I am on the DNC list so why are they calling?  That DNC list is a joke.  I think it was designed to appease us.  Dangle the carrot!!!  Load up my mail box with your information, don't use my minutes.  I want to bill these companies for my minutes back and for time spent with them.  

Received a call from these people... total scam artists. They called and asked to speak to a person who used to own a business which we purchased 2 years ago. The former business never even had credit card processing. When I explained this to the woman on the phone she still insisted on speaking to the current owner about our merchant services account. I told her that she did not even know who the owner of the business was, and therefore cannot possibly have a message for us and then hung up. She called back twice. The first time I let it ring and she did not leave a message. The second time I picked up and she starts scolding me telling me that I was rude. She asked me to take a message (I did not) and gave me the phone number and a reference number then wanted to know my name. Guess who is not getting a call back? These people are so annoying!

2nd time I told them to take me off their list. If they call again me, I am going to record the call and sue them in small claims court.

If you are on the DNC list, and get calls, you can go to small claims court. My dad is a judge and said some people make bank by simply recording the calls and going to court.
