this number dials my cel in Spanish speaking and I have no idea how it got my number

just got a call from this number.. i didn't answer, but how did it get my cell phone number?!

it was a spanish recording saying i won something, and i should press a button to collect my money...i hung up.

Called my cell phone 14:15 on 6/9/09. Did not leave message.  I never pick up if I don't know who is calling.

Just called my cell phone too, but didn't leave a message.

Similar story to others. Called at about 12:30 PM on 6/9/09. I did not pick up. They left no message.

Got a call at 15:02CDT 6/9/09. Picked up and got a spanish robot.

You hear a cash register, then a lady in spanish literally says" Congratulations, you are a winner, press 1 to receive your prize."

Anyone know how to unsubscribe from this damn list. I get this call at least once a week, I keep forgetting to add as a contact so I can avoid picking up the call.

Not the first time got call from 520-838-9998.  Does anyone know how to stop it or where to report it??  It's getting very annoying now.
