Caller ID said 'Test Code AZ' and the ringing lasted about 4 rings. Left no message on answering machine. I suspect that this was a machine calling numbers to see if anyone would answer.

This number called my cell. I don't answer calls from unknown numbers they left No message.

4 mins after they called my cell they called my wife's cell. Again they left no message. Robot calls

We have had both area codes (602 & 520) in AZ blocked for several years.  They can't make our phones ring.
Please purchase a blocking device that can block entire area codes - it makes life more simple & sane.
We use the Di*it*ne blocker.  We have two for our two business lines and one for our home line - they work!

I answered because the husband has been applying for jobs.  The automated recording said my credit card company was offering a lower rate of 6.9%, to press one.  Out of utter curiosity I did.  I got a human right away, and asked which credit card company they were with, he said Visa Mastercard American Express and Discover.  I hung up.

Answered call, but no response from caller.

Missed a call from this number. According to a report on NPR, these calls are becoming more common and harder to prosecute. The best course of action is to not answer, if you do answer, then hang up. If you press 1 to speak to a re or 2 to remove your number from the list or whatever, that indicates to them that there is a "live one" and they keep calling. I sometimes put them on hold after I answer, it might be counterproductive but it feels good.

Another "Do not answer" number saved on my phone.  The robot owner and his investors need to be boiled in Oil.

Same as everyone else - They called and didn't leave a message - I never answer calls that I don't know.  Good thing so annoying

Same call you all got from "Test Code AZ" I answered and no one was on the other end. I researched the number and ended up here. I called the number back and its a disconnected number so it's a spoofed number.

Claim to be able to lower my credit card payment etc. Know way of rejecting the calls

I didn't answer, but 'Rachel' from Cardholder Services left a terribly garbled message. Anyway, it's a bogus number.

phone rang, and i answered... dead air, and the line disconnected. low and behold, it called right back, and same thing... dead air.

Looks like they are still trying to get people to answer their calls. I declined the call and added it to my list of rejected numbers.

Why don't the law go after the robot dialing companies . Get rid of them, you get rid of the scams.
