got a call but no message

Call was spoofed from Nogales, AZ. Those of us who live in Tucson know better than to answer calls from there or Benson, AZ  or Willcox, Az or Casa Grande, AZ or Casas Adobes, AZ etc.......

I think they said they were from the policeman's fund or something like that.  They've called everyday for a week.

These spammers called 09/05 about 5:15 PM - supposedly from Nogales AZ,  Yeah, right.  I answerd and they asked for me (lady of the house), I asked who was calling and the caller said something about a consolidated (I think ) charity.  I hung up because I don't know anyone in Nogales, if that's where the call was actually coming from (again, yeah right).  As if I would give/confirm any information they asked for, or give them any info such as my credit card number.  Creeps!!!

Scammer - block the number

call the number back and there will be a message saying  "press 2 if you do not want to receive calls from this number" .

If you did that you just verified for them that yours is a "good' number and now you will receive more BS calls. Do not answer call you don't know and never call them back.
