This jerk (Jeff Harris) has harrassed us from 8 different phone numbers including this one with annoying robo-calls.  I encourage everyone to keep reporting him to the DNC registry.  Also, if you have select call forwarding, forward your top 10 most annoying repeat callers to his answering machine - 916-222-4456.

Called my home phone in violation of the Do Not Call Act.  Said to call 530-876-6238.  I called to determine name and location of company.

This man has called us for 9 months leaving an automated message that yells: "HELLLOOO, DOES YOUR CARPET NEED CLEANING.....ETC." I have called back the phone # left on my machine:       530 876-6238 and it is an answering machine also. I have left many messages to STOP CALLING US!!! Finally he called me on his cell phone twice!!!...from  the above phone # in this report and I nicely asked him to stop calling us, he hung up on me both times!!! He is rude.  I have reported him to the FCC (Federal Communications Commission ) they are now investigating him. The more people who call and complain about this person the higher the fine, up to $10,000.00!!!  Call the FCC  1 888 225-5322 and complain giving both his cell phone: 530 210-5537 & his message machine: 530 876-6238.

Recorded message. Caller claims to be named Jeff Harris. You'll find hundreds of complaints about this supposed company from a simple Google search. Phone numbers are probably forged or relayed from somewhere else. Alternate numbers: (916) 222-4456 (answering machine) and (530) 210-5537 (mobile). This has been going on for years and is obviously some sort of scam. Why is this allowed to continue?  

I have never responded to these automated messages, which always begin with "Are your carpets dirty?" I suspect that these calls have nothing to do with clean carpets... more likely, it's some sort of identity scam or a way to solicit private information and access to victims homes.
