- ZbestI got a call from this number saying my windows computer has some serious problems. It was a foreign language caller and the background noise was a call center of multiple foreign speakers all saying the same message in different ways. I told her to never call again and she said, " Hey lady behave yourself or I will blacklist your computer". Obviously a scam and not very sophisticated at that!

- The Big MFirst clue was getting a call from an obvious foreign voice, yelling hello. First told me I had problems with Windows, I run on MAC so for fun worked the call a while asking questions back. Finally when she said "what do you see?' I said "I see this is a scam" and she screamed a bunch of foul expletives at me F*** you you stupid b**** and f*** your father too, which I found amusing since it's usually stated as your mother. Tried to call back to report to a supervisor (# shows up on caller ID) but could not connect, all lines busy....FIRSTSTEP TECH.That rep was a real peach......

- Andrew E.Got a call from this number. It showed up as FIRSTSTEP TECH on Caller ID. The gentlemen on the other end had a very thick indian accent, but I was able to make out that he was claiming to be from Microsoft Tech Support saying my computer has a lot of problems and he was there to help me fix them. Being a computer tech myself, I knew it was a scam and hung up.

- Brenda| 3 repliesGet these calls numerous times weekly. The man/women always say we have computer problems, etc. Today we told him we didn't own a computer. He became flustered and hung up. Complete scammer.
- ejkReceived a call from them today - I asked what he wanted - responded "how are you". I asked again - same response. I told him where to go, in very impolite language. Since I doubt he spoke English very well, he probably didn't understand me..

- Ashmit Patel| 1 replySame as others. My computer is infected. Blah. Blah. Blah. Toyed with this [***] for about a half hour acting gullible and concerned about these alleged viruses and malware on my computer. Throughout the call, I made various nonsensical off topic references to Sony Pictures, a breast pump, Indian food giving me the runs, and One Direction's new album. He remained on task determined to help me fix my computer. He finally figured out I was wasting his time, called me a dirty [***], and hung up on me.

- Desdemona20Called us on the 20th at 5:57AM! Told my IT husband that our windows computer has malware on it. We own Mac's. This is the fourth time someone with an Asian Indian accent has called with the same scam. We have strung them along, told them to put us on their "Do not call" list, told them our phone was being tapped by the NSA & just plain hung up on them! Caller ID shows FirstStep Tech. Wish something could be done to shut them down.
