Caller claimed to be with IRS stating my parents owed 7000 dollars in back gaxes and taxes and that we were frauding the IRS. He had a very thick Indian accent and spoke broken english.... Then told me his name was James Miller. Really, maybe Hardeep Singh would have been a little more believable. Then he threatened me and told me police were on there way to arrest me and seize my property. I told them to send them my way. Complete Scam

Called me twice. I missed the first one and called back since I had relatives who just got to California. He asked my name, told me to hold and then hung up. I think they are targeting people with foreign names and were thrown when I didn't have an accent....my husband does. Called again this morning at 7:30 a.m. as if anyone in government would call that early. The message they left said something about the IRS, but I couldn't understand half of what he was saying. I'll have to listen to it again for my own amusement. Idiots!

I got so many calls from this number, saying he is from IRS, with a Indian accent. He said his name is Roger Williams, id# 1012331.

confirming receiving same kind of phone calls as reported by others  from this number 530-535-1332. And when i told them that they are scam, they said the f*** word before hanging up on me.

Got the same call this morning on the east coast.   He was calling 3:50am from Californina.  Really????

Same complaint as above people.  Guy with Indian accent called basically threatening me because I got snippy.   Said his name was Charles Matthews.  Really?  Dumb idiot.  Had the nerve to call at 6:50 this morning.  I wanted to say "Why is the IRS calling me?  I"m not Tea Party."  ha ha

I had a phone call from this same number but he said his name was John Smith didn't answer at first but when I heard his voice mail saying he was from the IRS and I shouldn't disregard this message I would need an Attorney or I will have problems filing my taxes this year.  So after hearing that I called and John answered the phone he said I would need any Attorney I said why then I asked to speak to someone in charge he got mad and said don't call this number anymore I saId don't call me anymore and hung up

I received a similar call from this number this morning. How do we report this to law enforcement?

I got the call from this no. saying he is from IRS and his name is David Richard ,I am in trouble with tax and call me at this number This is California area code and IRS office is in Atlanta ,if they want to contact me I will get  a certified letter

I got same call this morning telling me that his name is Roger Williams from IRS and I owed them 5000 dollars that I didn;t payed them from last year.  When I tell him that I did not receive any notice in mail from IRS he told me to talk to his boss name James Miller between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and then he hung up.

Indian accent, can't understand a thing he said except he's from the irs. And we need to call him back. Haha, like that's believable. He needs to be caught and put away.

Got the same call at 7am EST.  Claimed to be from the IRS and warned that I should not ignore this call.  I let it go to answering machine.  Sound quality of call was terrible.  Usually the IRS sends you a letter if they have an issue with you.  It sounds like a scam.

Got the same call this AM around 8:30am est. I let it go to voicemail. It it is the same story....thick Indian accent with an All-American name....and claiming to be the IRS. Glad I Googled this bull$h*t and did not answer. Scam!

Got the same call this morning but a different number, all the way up in Canada, where we don't even have an IRS. Told us to turn on our computer in which we simply stated "F*** You" and hung up. Obvious scam is obvious.
