I think this is a scam, they got me really upset.  Calling my place of work and my cell number.  Not providing the date in which this loan was taken out.  I asked to confirm the last 4 digits of the account number that it was deposited into and they said 0555 or something like that, I told them it's not my account and they said, maybe it's identity theft, but I still have to take care of business, pay $524 or something like that today, or receive paperwork at my place of work tomorrow!  I asked why the pay day loan people didn't contact me and they didn't know.  I asked for the documents to be sent to me and they confirmed my email.  I told them my Dad is a lawyer and will review and he said then you will be served tomorrow at work and hung up on me.  When I called back 4 times they didn't answer.

My fiance sent me a text message from work telling me that he received a phone call for this man named Mark something and Mark had informed him that he was being sued and they were issuing a warrant for his arrest. He got this phone call at work as if he doesn't have enough to deal with! I called this man myself and it went to his voice mail 2 times and his voice mail recording said that the users mailbox is full and cannot receive any more messages at this time. Why? Probably full of people calling him complaining or worried like some of you. He then called me back maybe 1 minute later and I asked him what was going on and why he is calling my fiance and telling him he is being sued. "What is your fiances name?" I gave him only the first name and he told me my fiance is being sued for outstanding debt. I am no lawyer nor do I know much about what happens when one is being sued but wouldn't someone come to our door step and serve him with papers? Also, how in the world could he know who I am talking about without a full name? My fiance is a federal employee so I believe someone would contact him about a warrant for arrest. I hate people who do this to others! It's [***]!

Just got the same call dude said my wife owed them 580 for money we never got. account number was wrong but they didnt care. told them i was turning it over to my lawyer and they told me not to call back.

A few days ago,I received a call from this number.The people who called(there were 3 of them)informed me that my payday loan case was being downloaded to a Superior Court.I took out an online payday loan for $250.00.Due to financial difficulties,I haven't been able to pay it back as of yet.One of the men informed me that a block had been placed on my Ssn,papers may be served on my job(which would undoubtedly cost me my job),agents could be sent to my house,I could lose my driver's license,my wages could be garnished.I told him I could pay something on it next week,but he didn't seem to want to work with me.He demanded a debit card number,even though I told him there was no money in my account.He still calls to see when there's gonna be money in my account.Is any of this legal,or is it one of those illegal scare tactics?I'm sure he'll be calling me back first thing Monday morning.I'm going to tell him the same thing I told him the last time:I don't have any money and I don't have anybody to borrow it from!

I have received several calls from this person saying I'm being sued.  This person has even called up to my job and told everyone that answers the phone that I have a lawsuit and when I call back the mailbox has been full.  I hate people like this especially since I have heard that you can't understand what they are saying

Yeah i fell for this crap too. I found out after they took money out of my account using my debit card i called the bank and found out they were not a law firm but on the information it stated Caterin and Supply Company. Also, they threaten me just like everyone else stated. Allso, they told me it was a loan i took out about 2 weeks ago which is false and also i never received anything in the mail at all, They even my job info and address and told them do not call me again and dont you dare call my work. I am disputing with them and i ended up cancelling my card and it was due to expire. But can you believe people and the guy kept stating we are law firm and i am like no you are not. i am also gonna file a report for thie so called firm as well. These people i couldnt understand and were rude too. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE COMPANIES!

This guy keeps calling me saying I took out a payday loan online and that the funds are due today and if I don't pay they are going to sue me. I have not taken out any payday loans and I looked the phone number up and found this website. When I confronted the caller, he yelled at me and said how do you think I have your information, if you tell me these things we are going to court and it will look bad against you...I told him to take me to court and we would settle it then. He hung up on me! I am now on the phone with my bank asking them to put a watch on my bank account because I am scared they have my information and I will wake up with no money!

This scam is spreading, everyone report this to the white collar bureau of the FBI.

This just happened to me today, saying a sheriff was coming to my place of work with a warrant for my arrest, i gave him no information, yet he had my ss number? He was unable to give me any information about the loan, date, amount ect. I never tried to take out a loan.  I would like to know who to report this to, i am calling the county sheriffs department to look into this. Any help on who to contact would be VERY usefull. He hung up on me when i asked him to give me any info on his buisness.

these people keep calling my job about a loan with usa cash they keep giving different amonts.
i then asked for their address, they said 1000 4th street, san c?. when i said i would have
my lawyer call them. they hung up.
