I got the same message. I texted back to find out who it was, and no one responded

I got the same. I hate this crap. I wouldn't mind the message if they paid for it, but it costs me since I don't have a msg plan.

Got the same "God Luvs U" message on my son's cell phone.  He is 11!!  We asked who it was and he said "Just a messenger" and then he said his name was "Chet".  The call is coming from Chio California.  It is a listed cell phone number but I'm not willing to pay to get a name.

I got the same message, and it's a bunch of crap.

I got "God luvs u" too...someone on a cell...bored, apparently.

I got 3 text messages from this number. Do people really have nothing better to do than to crank-text complete strangers?

I got this message this morning. then I received another one saying that this person was a messenger. CREEPY

My husband and I both received the text msg "God Luvs u" on our cell phones. I blocked my ph # and called the # back and got vm, but did not leave a msg.
I found out AT&T Wireless is the carrier.  I called and put in a complaint.
Call AT&T at 1-800-331-0500 to file a complaint.  When you call, you'll need to enter the 530-864-8064# and keep pressing for customer service.  Once you get customer service tell them you're calling about that # and explain what they're doing.  Not much they can do since this person is paying for texting, but with enough complaints they will contact this person.

Well I just got a text message saying God Luvs you from this number, got online and googled the number.  Called the number and got voicemail.  Not suprised to find that this didn't just happen to me.  Whoever it is, isn't doing anything terribly wrong though.

what a [***]... i hate all these people who think they are some sort of special messanger. learn about evolution!

It's a bit weird, and there's nothing wrong with it other than costing money to those who don't have text messaging...
but I just think there are much better ways to be a messenger....

Wow I just got texted the same thing. I googled the number on a whim. I surprised to find so many other people have had the same thing happen.

I called in a complaint as well!  And everyone needs to do this they are aware but it will help next step harrassment charges!

Received a text message at 1:53pm today July 23, 2009, stating "God luvs u"
I responded with two remarks.  First I asked whose # it was and got no response.  I then replied with, "Ditto."  I noticed someone said, the texter responded with "Chet."  Research Chet....and find more info.

wow.. same here..i got the "god luvs u" text n i texted back to c who it was.. so far no reply.. all i could google was that this number is from California.. i'm surprised so many have recieved the same!

I'm just happy to know God loves me.  This is well worth $.40!
