Received call from 539-636-8545 at 11:30 AM MST.  No Caller ID or location listed.   They left no message.

Had a call on my cell phone from this number at 3:42 pm CST on 3/9/15. No one was there. I called the number back and phone number was disconnected the message said

Unwanted calls are worse now than ever.  Phone companies know or can track who is doing this why can't something be done!

Have gotten to the point where I always go a google search against unknown numbers before answering them.  These crooks like to use different numbers to it can tend to be a never ending battle.  Very annoying - particularly on my cell phone.  Thanks to this listing, I now have this number added to the "reject" list on my smartphone.

I thought robo calls to cell phones was illegal.

I have received phone calls from 539-636-8545 Registered in the United States asked me if I wanted to lower my credit card.  Once someone is put on the phone with them and I ask them to remove my number from there data base they hang up on me.  I want my number removed from this number.

Scam artist looking for valid numbers. They use a computer program that randomly picks a number to show up. They use VoIP so they are not trackable. Phone companies do not care since they pay.for service. If you receive a call from unknown number, let it go.to VM. If it is someone you know, they will leave a mesaage. Do not answer & add number to your reject list. Remember, your legitimate credit card holder will never call you to lower yout rates. You have to initiate thay with them. Remember everyone wants.your money.

These people don't quit, I can't understand why anyone would give information to someone on the phone especially when you call the number back and it's not in service. The best one yet is they are using local numbers that come up on the caller ID as a business.

Yes. So that tells you that the calling company is not legitimate.  It's very hard to stop people like this - who may be spoofing their numbers, calling from outside the USA, and who route their calls through the internet.

Stacey, first, if that's your real name, don't use it on the internet in discussion groups like these.

Second, these people are scammers who operate an illegitimate business. They are NOT going to remove your name and number from their call list.  Once you get on such a list they will keep calling - and using different numbers.

How do you know they pay for service?

How do you think phone companies could stop these calls?  Remember, the caller may spoof the caller ID so the phone company has no real way of knowing if the call is legitimate.
