I keep getting calls saying that they need to talk to me they are indian or some kind of foreigner can hardley understand them they leave threating messages.

they called me at eight this morning. the guy said his name was dan brown. i then got a call from frank miller. both of those names belong to popular authors(dan brown- the da vinci code and frank miller- the sin city graphic novels).

calling threatening saying their my worst nightmare and someone got a loan in my name blah blah blah some sort of [***] indians calling me an idiot when i told them i wanted someone who spoke english.

I have been receiving calls at my job from this number saying that I took out a payday advance loan on the internet and never paid it back.  They confront me with my home address, the last four digits of my social security number, my birth date and where I bank at to try and get me to pay back this loan.  They sound like they are from somewhere in the middle east and threaten to take me to court and "drag my name through the mud" if I don't pay this.  Don't listen to this.  I decided to call my local police department and an officer called this number and was cussed up one side and down the other.  He said I have nothing to worry about that it is just a bunch of idiots trying to scam people out of money.

THIS IS A SCAM. Scammers are using bought/hacked loan application data to extort from victims and victims' families and friends.

i googled this name and Thank god im not the only one, they are harassing people but they dont know im a debt collector myself:-0... they claim to be from a company called american legal processing division and ive been threatened from atty's to having a sherriff knock on my door.. HA.... HA! as a debt collector they keep me on my toes but nonetheless i am reporting every infraction to the BBB and FTC. please take proper actions against these folks, they also call from numbers that are 9 digit incomplete numbers according to my caller ID.i love my job but and these people make us all look bad.

The person from this number 540-384-2078 called me at work said that they were going to come and make my life hell if I did not tell them my social number and bank info
