Car and Driver magazine subscription services about subscription renewal. Blocked.

Called this am asking for husband by name and said it was about his Super Chevy subscription.  I tried to call the number and it was disconnected.  Called Super Chevy and they told me they never make calls.

Called today.  Asking about TV Guide subscription which we don't have.  Appeared through his questions that he was trying to get me to say specific words.  Really did not seem to be about the magazine

I've been hammered with calls from this number. No message, natch. Gonna try to block it.

Has been calling several times a day for the past several days. Hangs up when the call goes to the answering machine.

Constant calls daily from this number.  I refuse to answer it.  They never leave a message.

Left no voicemail message when they called. Now blocked.

Called twice so far today and do not leave a message.  I suspect it is a scam call.

This number just won't stop calling, has been two or three times a day, for weeks.  I never answer any call I do not know who it is from, so have never picked up the phone, but I am suspicious of any call that does not leave a message. I am going to block this number for sure.  Could be a telemarketer, but is probably one of the scams that want you to say certain things they can record and use to enrich themselves as your expense!

Had been receiving calls from this number, so answered this morning and they said they were calling regarding my Guidepost subscription and that they could offer me a discount.  The girl never said what company, but put her "supervisor" and then I asked if this was Guidepost and he said they were an independent subscription company.  He did want to confirm my name and address and then said they took Visa or debit.  I told him to hold until I found my card, then hung up.  They did not call back, then when I called the number back got message that the number had been disconnected.  Guess they were trying to get my credit card information.

This  number called and tried to get me to increase our Guidepost subscription at a 70% discount.  We called Guidepost and they said they didn't make the call.  Tried to call the number back and it was out of service ?

Have had many calls from this number day after day... leave no messages.  One site says the # is not even valid and that the caller has likely 'spoofed' our caller ID.
