540-977-2286

The number appears to be assigned to a person.

C Moore      (540) 977-2286      Roanoke, VA 24012

This guy calls me 4-12 times a day. I want to strangle him...

This is a debt collector. The female caller refused to state what company she was with -- said she was "not at liberty to reveal that information" and that it was a personal matter. She just kept repeating her name, Connie Moore, and her number 540-977-2286. When I googled this number it came up as a personal residence under "C. Moore". This is apparently the next new tactic of debt collectors -- have employees call from a personal number. The law requires debt collectors to disclose who is calling, but apparently they think that stating their personal name and refusing to give the company name is somehow getting away with it.

A fly-by-night junk debt collector!!!!!! Female caller would not properly identify herself nor the collection agency she represents. She did however demand immediate over the phone payment of $18-GRAND...10-grand is interest fees!!..Attempting to collect for a medical debt that's 8-years past the statue of limitations. Collecting for a group of doctor's who service Roanoke Memorial Hospital- Roanoke,VA

I get 5-10 calls from this number a day. When I let the call go to voicemail a man identifies himself as Fred Jones and leaves a 1-866 number to call back. He never says who he is calling for for why. When I answer the call there's no one on the line.
