I currently work at RCS. My managers name is Alyssa. One of the owners sons name is Josh. I needed a job really badly and so when I went into RCS I was excited and thought this would be a good fit.  I was handed a script and it took me a little while to realize that the script that we say when we call is a COMPLETE LIE!!!!!

It goes like this...."Hello, my name is (we make up a fake name) I am the shipping mananger at RCS shipping and about six weeks ago we sent a package out to your company and for some reason it was bounced back to us at our satellite office.  Did anyone over there receive a white slip from UPS saying that you had missed a package?"

So we are trying to get them to think they missed something. When they say they are not sure about it they then get told that they are going to be "transfered over to the "VP" who has authority to open the "so called" package. By now I am sure you all realize there is NO PACKAGE AND THERE NEVER WAS A PACKAGE!!!!! It's all a lie/scam to get people on the phone and to confuse them into staying on the phone to then speak with the "VP" who in reality is a highly trained salesperson.

The salesperson does even more lying about sending out sports tickets and all sorts of other swag. There is another script they use sometimes involving us being "interns" working at a company called IPX (notice how they changed the name) saying that we have already sent out a free gift card to Starbucks along with our new catalogue (nothing was ever sent out). We ask them to just please stay on the like to speak with our boss to let them know that we spoke so that we get credit for school. We then transfer again to highly trained salesperson who takes advantage.

Also, Josh one of the owners even PREASURES us to get peoples personal cell phones!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They pay extra $$$$ to have the phone numbers being called look like local numbers. They are located in Engelwood NJ. They also have a Florida branch. Pass this info on.
