Call appears, "out of area" and like it is spoofed/spammed.

Guess what --- Rachael at Cardholder Services is back. I thought the FTC shut them down.It will continue until we put people like this in jail.

Just called but did not leave message when it went to the machine. Just says "Baker City, OR." Blocked.

This number 541-249-6532 called me but I did not answer because I did not recognize it. When I looked it up, the number shows as from Eugene, Oregon area. So I returned the call. I got a message that said the number that you have dialed is unallocated. This repeated several times then a second message came on that said the person that you are calling is unavailable. Then said "message 2", switch 390.

I didn't answer but now I know that was a good choice lol.

I just missed a call from this number. No voice mail. Must not have been important.

Just got a call from Rachel at Cardholder Services. Hit 1 to talk to a live rep to chew them out, but it disconnected :(

Called, I answered. They did nothing then hung up.

Received a call from this number today and when I picked up there was no one there.  Called back and got message:  "This number is unallocated".

Ignored call then blocked the number 541-249-6532

Called at 11:46 am today.  I ignored the call.  Did not leave a message.  I suspect this is a telemarketer.

I don't even have a credit card don't answer this number ever !

"rachel at cardholder services," along with "Carmen at cardholder services" are part of a phishing scam.  I've given fake info & spoken with them a # of times. They work the conversation around to asking for your credit card account numbers. If you ask the "representive" for anything like their phone #, the location of their "company" or to speak with a supervisor, they hang up immediately.  These calls always come from #s for which you get a similar error message. I've been getting these callsnfor a few years.

WARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are   B I G   credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever!
