got a call from 541-322-4134 tonight at 8:30PM PST. didn't recognize the number, so i didn't answer. figured it was a telemarketing call. i googled it and was surprised to see it was MINI.

i recently had my MINI Cooper serviced, so i guess they were calling to follow up. what i don't understand is why they didn't leave a message?

i had to have a minor repair done last summer. a few days after the repair, MINI stalker called me, night and day, day after day, but never left a message. i finally called the number to see who it was. i couldn't believe that it was MINI calling to do a survey. i asked why they wouldn't just call once, leave a message and ask me to call back? the guy couldn't give me an answer, but asked if i wanted to go ahead and answer the survey questions. i told him i was so irritated by their stalker calling, there was NO way i'd take a survey after that.

Call in the morning and sometimes late at night. I blocked the caller on my phone (phone will direct them to message instantly and won't ring)

I can't see why BMW would do this, they don't seem (to me) to be the kind of people to do this.

yes, ISKY is in fact BMW USA checking on your last MINI service.  The survey taker said BMW does not want them to leave a call back message.

Thank you for the info on this number.  I too have been getting phone calls from this number and my mini has been in for service recently.  I too don't answer phone calls that I don't recognize the phone numbers and they do not leave a message either.

I too have just got a call from this #, I will wait until they call again to answer next time - I just had crap service from my MINI dealer and want the chance to voice to them...
Not sure why you would not want to answer and give them a thumbs up or down after you found out who it was.

Hi. I work for this company. They don't let us leave messages, it is bmws policy. I know is sucks because I do not answer numbers I don't know either. I am sorry if you don't want the call. If you tell us to take us off the list and verify your number then we will. I call on mini and bmw and I can honestly say that mini people are nicer overall. When they choose people to call on mini cooper at my company they pick happier and nicer people then the average employee there because they think mini people are more fun. I love calling on mini because there are fewer mean mini drivers, so thank you. If you have any questions about us calling I will check this website and try to answer.
