- LC replies to TAMMY| 5 repliesThey will not stop calling my husband's work. We changed phone numbers and everything. Two years ago they got my husband, made him think that he owed money he paid them almost a $1,000. Well 3 months later they called with the same story and he realized he was ripped off. Now because they thought they suckered him once they will get him again. I am so fed up with this place, I really wish I could get a working number on them to call them and rip them a butt out. My husband got pulled to the side at work because of these non stop calls from them.
- FallynIt's unfortunate but all you have to do is harass them the same that they are harassing you and i guarantee that they will stop. They will see that you're not playing with them and that you're also not falling for that scam BS of theirs. Trust me. I called them back to back talking sh*t for about an hour, sometimes they will hang up on me, but i called back til they were fed up and they stopped.

- StarlaThis same guy is calling my husband. The number he calls me from is 543-465-4768,when I try to call it back it says that my call can not be completed as dialed please check the number and try again and he's even called his shop. His boss told the guy to stop calling and the little indian guy,who goes by Alan Gibson now, and the guy started cussing at his boss and saying he was going to tie the phones up all day.My husbands boss had the number blocked and then he started calling me at home. I got so mad that I went off on his little butt and he called me back 20 times from that number and another 20 times from a number 6.Yep I wasn't born yesterday,I knew it was him. I'm fed up. I reported him to the FTC and I'm also filing a report with the Ohio Consumer Process. He says he's debt collector working out of the Legal Department of the BCS. It's a bunch of BS if you ask me. The lady I spoke with from the FTC said it sounds like a scam and to not pay him a dime.He called me some pretty nasty names too and he left a message with a few on there so I saved that one.

He started getting nasty and i told him not to get rude and if he didn't give me some info my husband woild not call. He got threatening then do i called them liars and tbey said well ma'am you and you're husband are going to be in alot of trouble. Yeah right! So i added a few explicatives called them a liar again and hung up. I would know if we owed it because i handle all the bills and money snd we DON'T use payday loans. I am so mad. - JaneThis man called my work. Said his name was "Officer Alan Gibson". He was threatening me telling me that I was going to be arrested and lose my job because I will not pay my loan. I assured him that I did not have a loan and have never used a payday loan place before. He started screaming at me on the phone calling me a liar and I hung up. He called me 12 more times and then started calling other extentions at my work. I filed a report with the Sheriff's department. The next day it happened again, my boss actually had to threaten legal action with corperate lawyers before he would finally stop calling. He did not give me a company name just said he worked in the legal department.
- CarterFirst this guy calls me at work a few weeks ago and said his name was investigator Robert Gibson from Washington state. Today I get a call from a Officer Alan Gibson from NYC. Both had a Middle Eastern accent. Threatening charges against me for payday loans I have never paid. I told both I have never used a payday loan. Both going on about being from a credible company and I will get fraud charges against me. Itold them to take me to court and hung up. The officer Gibson kept calling me that day over 20 times. He finally stopped when I told him my company tapes all calls.

Indian Turd: Can I help you?
Mac Daddy: Yeah, somebody from this number keeps calling me and spouting all sorts of nonsense.
IT: What number are you calling from?
MD: Look at your CallerID, dude, it's right on there.
IT: We have lots of calls that come in here. Please give me your phone number.
MD: Nope, not giving it to you. Look at your CallerID, dude, it's right on there.
IT: Hold on. #shuffle#shuffle#shuffle# Can I have your name, please?
MD: Nope. If you checked your CallerID, you know exactly who I am.
IT: Hold on. #shuffle#shuffle#shuffle# Is this (name that is not Mac Daddy's legal name any more)?
MD: Nope. (Not a lie--that's not my name any more, hasn't been my name for about seven years, and I already know this is a scam.)
IT: This is (name that is not Mac Daddy's legal name any more).
MD: Nope, sorry. (Again, not a lie--that's not my name any more, hasn't been my name for about seven years, and I already know this is a scam.)
IT: (sheepish sounding) Terribly sorry. We will not be calling you again. #hangs up#

If I needed further proof this was a scam, I got it by that reaction, because a real collector wouldn't have just taken my word for it but would have attempted to verify my identity some other way. This is a scam, pure and simple, and anyone receiving these calls has NOTHING to fear.
My advice to anyone getting these calls: Do NOT admit you are who they claim you are. If you do, you've just given them all the incentive they need to keep going. Block their number if you can. If you can't, make sure your family members know what to do and what NOT to do if these bozos call you: Tell them these calls are from scam artists, make sure they know to watch out for this number and NOT to accept any phone calls from it, and if they accidentally do pick up a call from these people, make sure they know not to give them people ANY INFORMATION WHATSOEVER. Once they know you're not falling for it, they will go away.- Caller: Scam artists

- CindyWe received a call from 543-465-4768 and all the person would say was "I Love You". We hung up on him. He repeatedly called back for over a half hour until we put all of our lines on hold for over 15 minutes. That has stopped the calls so far. We reported it to our local police.
- MBcalled once ( I don't answer #s I don't know) then called again right after, I picked up thinking it was a friend or my kid borrowing someone else's phone. The guy, middle east accent, couldn't understand 1/2 the things he said, but he said he was looking for some dude (not me or anyone I know) and I said you have the wrong person and they continued to badger me for my name, if I am in school, where I work, etc. I gave little info, and a false name, when i said i had 2 part time jobs, he asked If i could help him look for a part time job, I said 'no, for all I know you live in canada' he then got really defensive asking how I knew that, who told me, etc. I hung up. He called back and I ignored.

- JulieReceived a call from this person saying his name was Sam Brown and that my social security number was on a list and I needed to call him back immediately and if I did not call him back then he could not help him. I have received calls from this person before and he is a scammer.
- JasmineI received 13 calls from this scam company within 15 minutes on my cell. Three different messages from the same voice but different names each time. He even had the last four of my ssn. The business name given in the voicemails was "Legal Deptartment BCS". I googled the name and there is a BCS collection agency located in Denver CO. I do not know if this is the same company or not.
If you have get this happen to you, file an identity theft report with the FTC. It is a scam and illegal. If they do have an account it is from am illegal online payday loan company you may or may not have actually received a loan from.- Caller: Legal Department BCS

- Rainbow9Some foreign guy from this number called my work. How do I file a complaint about them? They have attempted to call my work before and they do not let me get a word in edgewise and threaten to save paperwork to me at work, very threatening tone of voice.
Help! my email is aleutlady@gmail.com; please advise how I can file a complaint against them. - cherylSame here. I just dismiss the call. Sometimes they leave a message, i delete it. It really is extortion, but it appears our politicians can't do anything about it.
