I received a call from these people with all my information saying I got a pay day loan which I did not.  They said I was going to be arrested and going to jail for six months.  I feel so stupid for putting my information on line.

They told me the same thing!

They told me the same thing anything happen with this scam? They call my work number as well. Non Stop

they just called me too and i made the mistake of calling them back. do they really file an arrest warrant for you?

I'm going to report these people my self i am a very sick person with heart problems they said the same thing to me i was going to jail Etc. all i did was get very sick over the call i called my local police dept. i called the city police warrant people they told me not to worry any one you owe money to has to go though the courts first and then if you don't show they come after you.  I'm still sick over the whole thing.

yeah these fools just called me. he swore at me and everything.. i cussed his ass out. i knew this [***] was a scam.. i called the police and reported the number. i was scared and everything.

This person keeps calling me every day.  They called me about 6 months ago too.  This is a cell phone number and no legal company would call from cell phones.  He is very had to understand and I never answer numbers that I do not know.  I am not sure how to block the calls.

I just called him and he cussed me out.. lol.. he's a true scammer cause he called me a scammer n said that's why I make more than you.. he's sickening.

I received a phone call from this number, in the message I was told to either call back myself or have a retained attorney call them back.  When I called back from another number, they asked for the phone number they had called then connected me to a man who rattled off his name so fast I couldn't get it, then he identified himself as "attorney".  He told me had a complaint there with an affidavit wherein he claimed that I was being sued and would be prosecuted on federal fraud charges.  When he asked me a series of insane questions to which I responded no to each one, and then I asked that he send me this Complaint and Affidavit, along with something from his company in writing he asked me if I was going to continue to interrupt him.  He told me he would be sending the Complaint to my employer and my local sherrif's department and I would be arrested the next day.  His last words to me were "you better retain an attorney" and he hung up on me.  What he didn't realize was I work for attorneys. I will be filing a complaint with the Maryland Attorney General's office about this as well.

I recievedd a call from this people this morning and i could'nt undersatnd what he was saying .. So i called it back and this man spoke in clear english. I was curious to what this was about. hw stated that i have some legal matters that i needed to take care of and  if i don't i will be arrested tonight or tomorrow . He also said told me to lwt him read so kind of papers and do not interrupt him until he's finished and then i could ask any question that i may had. I said to myslf what in the H..... is this . I said that i need to have an attorney and then hung up the phone on me. I was sick to my stomach after that calll and i will be contacting my atttorney about this the first thing in the morning.

Don't fall for these Indian [***], they are SCAMMERS.  they call from different area codes with weird names, they have the thing called magic jack where you call for free anywhwere in the United States.  These [***] needs to be brought to Justice ASAP

I received this same call while driving. So I pulled up to the company he claimed to represent n gave them all the info. They contacted their corporate office n I spoke with the head of their collections department who then gave me the number to the federal trade commission. I called and reported them gave them the name, phone number and all. I hope they get theirs!

I was told the same thing i got a call this afternoon saying the same exact thing i was really scared and got really sick

I got a call from 551-497-7495 and I called them back after reading all the posts and asked where they were calling from and they said Law office of Cliff "something", then I told them to remove my number from their database as the are a scam and I would have the police shut them down and the guy toward me to go F myself and hung up.. Guess they dont like being found out..

Got a call yesterday from this number. They 'read my my rights' and the charges against me.
The line kept breaking up like international calls do but I didn't interrupt Mr Anthony Anderson (Middle Eastern man with this name? Yeah, ok buddy)
He told me they would proceed to call my work and social services and issue a warrant to arrest me.
I asked for something in writing, they told me they couldn't
I asked who was their client,couldn't get that either.
I asked why I was never contacted in writing and he gave me some lame excuse about them emailing me??
I was worried because they had last 4 digits of my social, my work and my home address
I asked to speak to someone about clearing up my account. Placed on hold and spoke to a man with a very bad impersonation of an Southern accent by the name of Kevin Harris
He told me that he could settle for a percentage off as long as I could get it in today to them.
Needless to say, I told him I didn't have the money and he told me to borrow from someone. I said I'd call them back. Jumped right onto the internet to do research and lo and behold, I see nothing but comments about these being scammers.
Twice already, I've had messages. I haven't answered them. The last one said that I would be arrested and God save me. I think I may answer next time and tell them that I was arrested for not paying my debt.
