talks about credit card rates and pretends it is a company you already do business with

Obviously a phising scam, trying to get personal information by pretending they are helping you get a lower credit card rate, but will not tell you which card they are talking about.

They just called my cell.  I didn't answer.  I guess I need to put them in my contacts list with the name "pest" and the ring tone "no ring",  

Just got a call from 554-000-5558 . . . .   left no message

I answered this and it was an automated message about lowering my rates from "card services." I dialed 9 to talk to a human, and someone answered claiming that they worked for card services for Mastercard, Visa and American Express. I told him to take me off their call list, and he responded "Go [***] Yourself," and hung up. I was shocked.

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

The card service scammers   WILL   "service" our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish "servicing" them, they will have no available credit remaining!
