Collection agency of some type looking for someone who previously had my phone number.  When I asked to have my number removed from their database, the person asked me if I was always that rude, then said I should take an anti-depressent and try a gun.

This number called twice but due to wireless and broadband rip offs and because the number was just too far out to be true, I did not answer it.

one call last night 2 calls today did not answer. Dont believe in answering calls that are unknown and such a wierd number to begin with.

Keep getting calls looking Krissy and there is no Krissy or has ever been one living here at the phone number we have for the last 3 years.

have called 3 times now- twice  1/20 once 1/21. I don't answer weird numbers like this but makes me uneasy.

They never answer when I pick up.  Dead silence.  Then they hang up.  Called almost everyday this week. At different times.

Only one call so far..  then a wierd sound and a hang up

Have received this call everyday sometimes twice a day for the last week. I do not answer calls that I do not recognize.

I've received about 4 calls from this number. I always seem to miss the call though, so I don't know what they want. Its kinda creepy though.

I JUST got a call from this number on my cell phone (4:30 p.m. Sun. 1/24/10). I said "Hello, can I help you?" and the caller asked if "Ann" was available (she asked for me by name) and I said, "Can you tell me what you're calling about?" When she said "a survey," I said that they were not to call me on my cell phone and to take my number off their list, before hanging up.

Weird!! A surevy? Sounds like a lie to me and very suspect.

Have had 4 phone calls in the last week, the last one an hour ago...Always for a survey.....Threatened to call the FTC

had this call 2 times last night ,comes up name not available dont answer any call i dont no and they wont tell! Sounds like one of those ripe offs when you answer they charge your phone bill. If you cant say who you are I am not answering.

2 calls yesterday, one today.  Didn't answer because I was in the bathroom, and I because I don't appreciate people giving me fake numbers.

Lots of calls from 555-000-0000 then a hang up after 5 calls They asked if I would take a survey and then asked what county I live in then they hung up, 5 min later got a call from 303-223-0008 looking for some one that is not at this no. I just block the numbers. In the background of both no. sounds like telemarketing

They had robodialed 6 times over 4 days. The caller identified the comapny as PMC Research out of Spokane, WA, calling on behalf of "Colorado Denver Division." He didn't have an answer when I asked "Division of what?" He said it was a jury poll. When asked about what county I was in, I respectfully declined and asked to be removed from the call list. The background noise sure made it sound like a call center.

I have ben getting several calls a day , for weeks now, from the number. My caller ID says " Unknown Caller" . I never pick up. Who the hell is it? So many people are getting the same calls....Could it be Terrorism...

have been calling several times a day since this weekend. I don't answer "anonymous" numbers so whomever it is has been out of luck.
they called SIX TIMES yesterday (1/26/10) and the icing is the call they made at 9:34 pm last night, after everone in my house had gone to bed.

I answered it, and there is the familiar tick/drone of a recorded line, so i stated my name and told them they opened a can of worms they aren't prepared to eat because it is against law in Ma for telemarketers and/or debt collectors to call after 9Pm!

i'm calling verizon to get to the bottom (or at least to put a block on) the number
