Weird rude obscene calls

File a complaint with your phone service provider and your local LE..

I called Verizon, but there isn't much they can do unfortunately.

This number called my mother-in-law and was trying to say he was her grandkid to scam money from her. Don't talk to these people.

" GRANDSON/GRANDDAUGHTER SCAM HIT HOME TODAY
Just received another call from this number saying ,"Hi Grandma", my mother has received several calls stating that the caller is her Grandson. I'm glad I answered this call and got rid of the caller quickly. Researched that this is a huge scam originating in Canada. It stated that they look up obituaries to get names of family members. Then proceed to ask for money because they were in a fight, lost wallet and can't pay hospital bill. I had no idea that this type of scam has hit nationwide. It's scary the length people will go to steal from the elderly. Please pass this along to everyone you may no.
The phone number again was 556 786 3590 fraudulent
Be safe and ask a lot of questions. The phone number when called back obviously does not go through.

The elderly man I worked for just received a call saying it was his grandson.  He doesn't have kids let alone a grandson.
