company that manufactures walk-in tubs...calls repeatedly...last time I got disgusted and let them know just because I'm over forty that I do not need to be on their geezerville list! Will report as we are on DNC. The DNC list only confirms that my number is valid and I believe these law breakers use this list to make their annoying calls, but it's all we have right now.

Random telemarketing call from California attempting to set up a walk-in tub sale in Texas.
The mistake was answering.

I received a phone call from this number today (8/5/13) at 10:27am. I never answer phone calls from numbers we don't know so I let the answering machine take the call, but no message was left. I guess if they can't leave a message then it MUST NOT BE THAT IMPORTANT!!!! I looked up the number and ,apparently, it's a cell phone from California and they're trying to sell walk-in tubs. Really? I guess since they can't get any business for their stupid walk-tubs in California they have to harass people in other states! GIVE ME A FREAKING BREAK!! What a SCAM!!!!

I received a call from this number today, from "Joe" selling walk in tubs.  When I politely told him that I was on the Do Not Call List, he got rude and told me to report it to the Attorney General.  I think that these companies know that nothing will happen to them.

I love the fact that this company has advertising on this comment page.  Do they really think people who are complaining about them will want to buy their lousy product? When the jerk who called me was told I'm on the DNC list, he told me I wasn't and kept saying, "Check it out, check it out!"

I think the company may have been the Superior Walk In Tubs.

I made a call to one company for my dad but now have gotten telemarketing calls from other walk in tub places. This number called today asked for my dad when I did the normal may I ask who's calling..she asked again for him..I chuckled and said well may I ask who's calling..she said if you're not mr or mrs xxxx then no you may not and hung up...hmmm I think she called the number. Didnt anyone teach her to announce herself when asking for someone..well if this rude , i definitely dont need their product

Walk in tubs. "Kristen" said she didn't have to pay attention to the "Do Not Call" list because she isn't selling anything! I said "Of course you are selling something" and hung up.

A man called today 8/20 at 2pm. He said he was from a Walk In tub Company. When I asked How did you get my Phone# since I am on Do Not Call List? He said I don't give a Dam if I am on your Phone list. then I repeated I am on a Do Not Call List. He hung up. I registered my phone# again. Plus sent in a complaint.

ACK! You don't need to re-register your number, only add any new numbers like cells etc! The list is permanent! All you do by re-registering is cause your number to be under the 30 day clause..

Most of these idiots are cold dialing, using a phone book for robo dialing.. the DNC only keeps the honest ones from calling you! Dishonest, scammers,extortionists and frauds are not going to obey any list let alone a law!   Reporting is a good thing though!

You can also employ a few tactics, a whistle, or boat fog horn is going to blast them good. Then as soon as you id them, pick up and hang up asap! You can also get call blocking phones now, or a blocking device..
