I think this is from NCO Financial, collections.

They never leave a message

they keep calling me too.  when i called it back from a blocked number they answered saying they're capital one credit card company.  
theyre located from fresno CA land line.

Just got a call from this phone number. I have no reason to be called by a debt collector at all.  They hung up before I could 'flash' off my other call.  No message.

Left no message on answering machine.  This is NCO Financial-filed bankruptcy on the March 30th and they still call as of today April 14th.

I just got two calls in a row from this number. NCO calls me all the time. I'm sure it's them...I don't know anyone who lives in California.

Same here, they just called and left no message.  I do not owe Cap one anything, not sue why they'd be calling me!

Receive call from 559-272-6462 once a day to every other day. Have no idea who they are because they never leave a message, must not be too important. They're a collections agency?

This number called my cell phone from 7pm-8pm during my sons school program 7 TIMES, yes 7 times!  I don't even own a credit card!

Recieving phone calls at home; we do not owe Capitol One anything! Other companies are calling us ending up being Capitol One. NCO is just one of them and also called us from 410-202-0072. They are asking for someone who does not even live here or has ever.

They call continually.   We have perfect credit and pay our one credit card in full monthly.   I'm so sick of all the calls from them and other telemarketers.   Help!

I get collection calls from NCO for my sister. We lived together a couple years ago and they have my number as a contact for her. You don't have to owe anything to get calls from them. It could be regarding someone you know.

Had well over 60 calls the past 3 weeks...calling for info about a relative.  Once I told them no, they still called back.

These idiots called my cell three times today and each time I explained that the person they are looking for is not at my cell number. Each time they promised to correct the issue and have not. The last time they called I cursed the guy out and told him I am going to send them a bill for my cell minutes they are using up. I wish I lived in the state they are calling from and I would pay them a visit to make sure they correct the problem. It would be different if they where looking for me but to get called for another person who I dont even know, you got to be kidding.

How do we get rid of these people. I'm on the no-call list. Why do they keep calling. I got 4 calls from them yesterday and so far 4 today.

I keep getting calls from these people looking for a relative that has never lived at this address or used this phone #.  Got ignorant with these people but they were more ignorant with me.  I want action !!!
