Called at noon.  No message left.

Called, went to voice mail but didn't leave a message. CID: Out of Area. Other sites state this is a robo caller offering to lower your interest rates. Now blocked!

Called, left no message, guessing a spammer. Fresno, CA was on caller ID

Called yesterday at 2:32 p.m.  No msg left.

Called 9:24 a.m. Fresno, CA -- no message...annoying scum!

no message at first but then said "hello" ,offered to lower my credit rating.Scam

Called and left no message on answering machine. Checked here; thanks to all that posted so that we know we had to block number.

Robo call featuring Heather from Card Member Services.  I hung up and that point, recognizing the tired old scam spam.  I answered only because I was expecting a call from a national company and didn't know where they would be calling from. Hard to believe these low-life bottom feeders make enough money from this shopworn con to continue this fraud, which they appear to perpetrate with impunity.  I won't waste time and energy reporting the violation of the DNC list.  Spam calls, even fraudulent ones, obviously  are not a priority for this administration. Blocking their number is a short-lived fix as they frequently change numbers.

Searched for the number, saw it here, added it to our call blocker by the third ring.

Just an FYI - this is not a political issue. Spoofed numbers are not "real" and there's no easy way to trace them. The Federal government is a tad too busy with world affairs right now to "babysit" us, not to mention the "who's gonna pay for this" problem. I suggest a call blocker box - cheap and effective.

I answered the phone, told the robo message that i WAS interested in lowering my interest rate. after that, the person that i was connected with, asked me with a heavy eastern european accent to give them my CREDIT CARD number and EXPIRATION date. she tried to convince me that it wasn't secure information, and that anyone could find it if they wanted to, and that the REAL secure information was the account balance, most recent payment amt etc. She claimed to be from the credit card servicing company but rejected my request for a call back number, a website to look at or any other way to verify. When i started sharing my suspicion they tried to tell me that if i hang up then i'd never again have the chance to lower my interest rate. smells like a SCAM to me.

Sandy....with a heavy, cartoonish accent begging for a credit card to lower the interest on and rip off, I guess they never stop because they are finding willing victims.

Lower your interest rate scam. Have fun with them and give them a bunch of false information so they waste their time.

I don't answer calls unless I know who is calling.  I do, however, look up numbers in this handy website which affirms my viewpoint.  No message was left in voicemail.  Thanks for this service to alert people to watch out for scammers.

Another scammer trying to get your credit card info by promising to lower your rates......blocked

First call from this number.  It's the last one, too, because I've blocked the number.  I did not answer.  Of course, no message was left.  Scam, I'm sure.
