559-650-4334 is wachovia dealer services. They suck with auto loans, especially Martha a representative. Lost my job and have never been late on a payment in two years. It was such a pain to defer a payment with this bank. Now I have to make every payment on time or they will undo the deferral for the auto loan and take my car. I will NEVER do business with these people again. They call 8 times a day if you are as little as 2 days late on your monthly payment and they will take your vehicle at anytime they feel necessary. I had an insurance lapse on my vehicle for 30 days and Wachovia added their insurance to my loan with out asking, their insurance is $250.00 a month for basic insurance that is required by state law i.e. no collision coverage!

We were called this a.m. by Wachovia Dealer Services.  Didn't catch the woman's name but she was extremely rude.  She wanted to know why I hadn't paid my December car payment (first one).  I informed her I had paid it in October and had also paid the January payment in November.  The December payment had been cashed by Wachovia.  She didn't believe me.  I informed her that I had Wachovia's next statement showing the payment had been made.  She still didn't believe me.  After some wrangling, she hung up on my.  I called Wachovia Customer Service and was told that they showed we had in fact made two payments.  I asked for and received a contact and address for writing a complaint letter.  I expect an apology from Wachovia, and don't plan to do business with them in the future unless some serious changes are made.

I recieved calls from this number Martha she calls 3-4 times a day at 7:am or 8:55pm

There is another girl name JESSICA she a dam Horrible representative tht call u more than 10 times per day. I came frm vacation and had payed 2 mths ahead and they were still browing my phone their worse than my gf lpl

The caller was kind of rude (didn't give her name) asking if I knew the names of serveral persons she rattled off. I didn't know any of them and wondered who she was.  On the otherhand, she sounded kind of sexy, so I asked her if she wanted to meet at TGI's for a drink. Then, she said I probably had the wrong number and promptly hung up :(  Who had the wrong number ??
