It is also Lingo VOIP tech support number.  If you call Lingo support and have a problem with your voip and they need to call you back, this is the number that they used for me.

Netgear Tech Support (India) calling me back due to a crappy initial connection.

also a call center for roku (HEAVY INDIA) accents

The number is from Vonage Tech Support Center.  We called Vonage for a problem with our phone line.  They called us back to check if the issue had been fixed or not.

Also Zoombak.com tech. support

Although the number appeared coming from 560-385-2000, the recorded message left in a India n accent, Tech Support, could not understand the companies name, provides a call back number of 855-234-8326

And my thought, has someone hacked MagicJack's customer assigned account phone numbers.

One day maybe the phone service companies no matter who, will provide the customer the ability to block numbers, by using our phone to enter a code, followed with the number we wish to block. By passing the  phone service company having to ask them to block unwanted calls, or the so called DoNotCall.gov https://www.donotcall.gov/

I have Rhapsody, and call for support the other day. I have call before when I was unable to connect, but this time, the Rep.told me they will need to have a higher level tec support call me back so; I'm assuming a lot of company is using overseas tec support?

I received a call last night at 10pm from this number.  The voicemail only recorded about 10 seconds of background noise but no message.  I called the number back this morning but got a recording saying that "you have reached a non-working number".

just got a call from this number, a lot of white noise and then a rushed "hello may speak to johnson" or something like that followed by more white noise. would not reply to any of my questions like "hello?", "who is this", etc...

This was a Netgear Customer Service call-back number for me. I called them, and at some point in the call, my cell phone battery abruptly died and this number is the one that showed up when they called me back to complete the service request. But strangely, if you call it, it gives the message that it's not in service.

I had called Belkin tech support earlier in the day regarding a problem my cable company said was with my wireless router.  I felt like I had reached an East Indian marketplace - noisy background and thick accent - the guy only wanted to sell me a higher end model and wouldn't address my question.  I ended the call - professionally, saying no thanks.
I get a call from this number at 10:30 PM that night and it sounds like it's coming from the same place although a different guy - thick Indian accent saying he's tech support.  I blasted him for calling so late and asked what kind of company tells staff to call clients so late at night?  He apologized.  I hung up.  I had already found the fix I needed through Googling, and Belkin lost a customer for good!!

Shows up as "name unavailable," very quick call, "this is XXX (I didn't catch the name), this is a test call, thank you and good bye."

Made a service call to Vonage.
Now after reading the comments above who the number belongs to.
That poor "Soul" gave me not once but twice 2 numbers used by Vonage to call out on???
After reading this I found out Who Netgear56 is? Offered as One of my Wi-fi connections.
Could Netgear56 also be "Vonage"??? Relating to my Belkin?

I called Netgear in response to an email from them that they needed to change settings on my Router for Security Reasons.
When I first made the call, the Technician was insistent that I buy the Service Program for $120.  I bought it under pressure so that he would finish helping me with the Router, otherwise he would not help me.  He spoke with a heavy India accent.  The phone connection starting buzzing and so he called me back using (560) 385-2000.  He continued to help me and was patient but he was so difficult to understand because of his accent.  A couple of times, he had to talk to a Supervisor which took forever and I was on hold.  Another time, the connection went bad and he called me back again.  This all took a few hours to finish the original request...too long for me.  I got most of my money back regarding the Service Program.  I am not a happy customer with Netgear.

only diff here is that the same 560 number also had an old cell phone number as well? and one more additional thing, it appeared to have a numeral one, after a space, at the end of 560 phone number.
I see the variety of companies involved here and that they all seem to be about 'Service' in one way or another. Large conspiracy, who knows? 1984?

I had called Netgear support because I was having issues with my internet. They told me how much it cost after putting in all my information EXCEPT the card and I told them I had to consult with my husband before making a purchase that large. We ended up finding someone to fix our problem for free and when they called back I asked them to remove my information and that we fixed the issue. They have been harrasing me since. I finally blocked their number and everything was fine for months until today when they called under a private number.
