If you have an android phone. Down load SMS bullet and text them back a 1000 times not to call you.I use this tool quite effectively against spammers and people who call me to bother me. After I send the bullet they never text or call back.

This wont work. Incoming texts are not accepted / received. Your more than welcome to try though. Have fun. :)

Upon further review I stand corrected. So I did some quick e-search and found the source of these calls and I bullet texted him to stop harassing people. After a 1000 of those this is what he writes back...." I'll be forwarding this information to the attny generals office. You have violated fl statute 656.895. " What a hoot.

Great Job! they cant do anything. You have every right to text anyone a message unless they ask you to stop. The most they could do is get a restraining order against you. So funny. Ha ha...

I tried to look for SMS bullet on android and it doesn't exist. so what exactly is the app name?

Actually doing an google search for SMS bullet it returns ONLY this forum. I think your just making all this up. Sadly I actually wanted to use this app. If its called a different name please let me know. Thanks.
