I keep receiving threating phone calls stating I owe a bill. When I ask them to send proof they staye they don't mail out any paperwork.

I'm getting calls saying I'm being fraud. Pretty sure the cops would be calling me if that was the case. They've called 3 times each time saying I have 24 hrs to call them back or else...this has been going on for 3 months. I just block the number so it goes straight to voice mail. These people should be ashamed of the type of job they tell their friends that have. Can't believe someone gets paid to try and steal from someone

I agree with you...they are so persistent and never give up. I've been receiving calls for the past 2 months and sometimes when I do pick up, they hang up.

This number calls me every day, sometimes more than one time.  It is a real nuisance. They leave voice mails, which I have to access ( you know how long that takes ) to delete them.  I don't hold the phone by my ear so I don't know what they say.  I called the phone company, & I have an inexpensive phone & plan, & cannot block calls. It costs just a little more for a better plan, so I think I will change it. Another number that calls all the time is 281-715-3431, and another number is 937-520-something.  I called the State Attorney General about that one, but the person I talked to said she could not even trace it, & that it could be coming from anywhere.

If you receive a call from 561-210-9209 asking you to call 1-844-813-9723....these people it is a scam ...report them to Federal Trade like I did at 1-877-382-4357....then report them to FCC at 1-888-225-5322....Federal Trade complaint number is 160919-000345.........FCC ticket number 1204957............this shuts miss Simpson ..& Dana Walker right up ..when the Federal Gov starts calling them

I received a phone call today from this 562-220-9209 number at 1:30 p.m. telling me to call some off-the-wall Law Firm when I called they said I hope that they would send the sheriff to my house to arrest me and they would garnish my wages they stated that I took a payday loan out in 2013 with Cash America when I asked for them to show me prove it show me documents they said they do not mail out paperwork right off the bat I knew it was a scam so I reported the number

561-210-9209 has been harassing me and my husband for months about a payday loan owed from 2014. They call us multiple times a day. Leaving threatening voicemails. We tell them send proof and they said they could not but could email me. The email I received was a WORD DOCUMENT and was so unprofessional with a bunch of grammar errors and misspelled words smh. They even went as far as to have a "Constable Jones" call us saying they would be serving my husband to appear in court. We called our city municipal court and looked into it and said their was no civil suit filed at all and that the people were definitely trying to scam us. We even asked for their physical address and googled the address and it was to a storage facility!!! The number they also call from is 844-813-9723. A man named "Anthony Freeman" is one who keeps calling. Determined and uses scare tactics to get us to pay. Even said he would accept a prepaid card for payment! Really?! Get a life people. Better yet GET A JOB like the rest of us! Quit scamming people!!!

I received a call on my cell. Caller ID said Boca Raton, FL. I did not answer it. It appears that they hung up just as my phone was going to voice mail. I blocked the number.

They said the same thing to me.  They even called my job.  Good thing  it has happened before and my job is informed.  Because that would be so embarrassing.

My wife and I keep getting calls with threathing messages from this same number. Now I see that it really is a scam this is ridiculous I think my next step is to block this number as well

I've been receiving phone calls from the Feinberg group at the same number 561-210-9209 they've accused me of two felony charges for defrauding a financial institution and for theft by check for a payday loan that I took out from Ace Check Express back in 2014 they told me that a process server would be out to give me papers and if they would see me in court and that my $900 loan will be a $3,000 lawsuit in court and if I wanted to stop further actions I should give them $330 today and a hundred and $5 a week for the next 8 weeks to avoid civil action they've tried to use these scare tactics on me so I challenge them to go ahead and send me the paperwork if they're going to file a civil suit in court then the process server should go ahead bring me the summons instead the process server offered to act as a negotiator between me and the Feinberg group and said that her name was Miss Jones but first she announced herself as Michelle then she changed it when I asked for a call back number she could not give me one I don't understand if it's a process server then why would she act as a negotiator between me and the Feinberg group and offered to set up payment plans and sign off on it and send it to them if this is a scam I would really like to know because I am nervously awaiting papers to be served
