VERY RUDE!!!!  Politely told him that we do not have any plans on changing our merchant services any time soon, nor do we intend on entertaining the idea. I told him I didn't want to waste his time. He started to argue with me! I told him to have a great day and I ended the call. He proceeded to call right back to continue the argument. I tried telling him nicely (again) that we aren't interested. That was when he started talking over me and yelling at me. I just hung up that time. The next call will be followed by a harassment charge.

Received the phone call he started his pitch and I told him I was with another company and "Thank You" and I hung up.  He called right back and I told him I said, "Thank you to you before hanging up".  I then said, "This is my business and I will do what I want to do with it."  I said, "Thank you" and hung up.  He called a third time and I left the phone off the hook for a few minutes.  He talked over me the entire second phone call.  So unacceptable.  I wll keep his number on my list of do not pick up.  I have 7 numbers that are very troublesome.
