trying to track the owner i bought a boat from him and still waiting for it

I bought a boat from him as well and still waiting he is lying to me for the last five month

The same its happened to me.... brought a boat, paid including freight and only received excuses.....
People lets get together and try legally to stop this.....

I cant believe this scumbag, I paid for an 04 Bayliner 175 on the 5 th May 2011 including freight paid to Australia. Did background checks, local Melbourne bank account, recieved nothing but [***] and promises. If any one has any info on this guy Don, I want to know!!

Your statement is not true.  Your boat is on the water as you know.  You brought a 2050 Bayliner Cuddy correct.  You called me last week and asked me to sigh a permit for you as to where the boat was built.

Another lier.  If you paid for the boat and had not got the bank to freeze our account you would now have your boat.  If your going to tell stories at least tell the truth.

If we had received payment in full as per the contract you would have received your boat.  As you know you have had our account frozen.  Until we receive the money from the bank you wont be getting anything from Carrera.  You paid Carrera not me.  I have not had any personal gain or commission from your transaction.

You will be sent the shipping docs as soon as we receive them.  Further remember you did not pay money to me.  Carrera received your money and all documents are legal.  If you want to threaten me not a problem.  Take the boat you paid for and go.

Carrera has now ceased to trade and do business.
All outstanding business is expected to be finalised within the next 21 days.  All boat will be shipped. All creditors are unsecured, but Carrera did not owe any money.
Carrera has been sold to a Sydney based Company from Oct 1,2011.
I also understand it also has strong motor vehicles interests there.

Im not really interested in what you believe.  Be very sure you have your facts straight before making statements you are not sure about.
You and I both know that you went to the bank and had the money frozen. The bank have used you as the reference as you well know.
Yes you paid for the boat.  Yes you went to the bank and got the account frozen.  We have asked for a copy of the court order. None exsists. We have received NO DOCUMENTS.
Since the money was frozen in our account on behalf of you that legally puts ownership of the boat back to us as legally the boat remains un paid for.  The documents prove this.
Rather than running around being a cry baby why dont you just sort the problem out with the bank so that we can get paid and you get the boat.  How much more easy does it get.
All you can do it create all sorts of problems.
You never paid any money to me period.  You paid money to Carrera which is a seperate legal identity.
The only thing you are lining yourself up for is a case of defamation.  You and I both know there is a strong case there for this, so be careful. Your lies are nothing more than defamatory as you well know.
When we get paid for the boat you get the boat thats how simple it is.
Why dont you sort the problem out directly with me rather than create all this carry on which most of it is lies.

I dont have any problems to reveal my identity and credentials, and supply copy of Carrera Marine Holdings LLC Export Invoice, Money transfer receipt, and Official receipt for money received from Carrera Marine Holdings LLC. As you Know there is in place an Police investigation going on at moment initiated by me. As mentioned on my email to you... BE A MAN and come out from your hiding corner. You know where Im up to and what im doing. You are talking of diffamation ??? be aware that it works both ways and be carefull about your alligations, This Blog its getting monitored by other people in Law Enforcement wich it happend to have all needed informations on hand including our 195 emails since the deal was started.

I am not sure who I am messaging but I am the police officer investigating the matter reported by Gennaro.  What I can confirm after reading the posts is that after speaking to Anthony SUN from ETrans in NZ this afternoon ETrans have not frozen any funds owed to Carrera Marine or Automarine.  Information from Anthony is that there was confusion over the signatures on some paperwork but they do not have any money owed to Carrera.  Gennaro has not had any of your money froze.  He cant, it is illegal for ETrans to do so.  I certainly can't have them freeze the money so I am not sure who did.  As far as I am aware Gennaro has paid for the boat, the money has been received by Carrera but the boat has not been sent. I have had emails going back and forth between Don from Automarine who has kept me upto date with the progress.  I just need someone from Carrera Marine to contact ETrans direct and sort this matter out with them.  Let me know how you get on with ETrans.
