They keep calling and hanging up

Message said the loan application I filled out online had been approved.  I did not apply for a loan,

Sixth time these people have called.  They called and hung up on me four other times.  They state "This call is being recorded.  We are calling in response to your onlline request for education information"  (no such request made).

Called but did not talk. It appears they are mass calling. Illegal as he'll but we all can see here how criminals hide behind corporations. Here is another phone predator.

i have an unlisted number and have been getting calls from this number and other numbers.. Very annoying!!!

I never answer.  I just google the number and end up here.  Happens often with many numbers

I do the same thing.. they call usually twice daily w no msg

I don't remember exactly how he introduced himself, but I asked "Are you a company, an institution, what are you, exactly?" He just said they were a "scholarship referral service." He wouldn't tell me who he was representing that was offering said "service." So I said "goodbye" and hung up and that's the end of my story.

I get several calls everyday from 561-396-2094. I tried calling back and no answer. I tried texting but no answer. Who are these people and what do they want? How do I stop them from calling?

I am a 60 year old person not interested  in Scholarship or anything else they are offering. I have made this argument to these people at least three times. They still call. HELP

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.
