Called, said when questioned, they were
NOT telemarketing, they were a Notification
Center. When questioned, for who, they said for Merchants. Asked for what Merchant.
They didn't know.

There is a woman that keeps calling from this number.  Shows up as PCS on my caller ID.  She won't tell me what it's regarding, but keeps trying to leave a reference number.  I told her if she needed something she could fax, email or send via US mail and she said that she couldn't.  Our cc processing is done through our bank, she's either a telemarketer or it's a scam.  If it was legit, why is this only via phone?

received a phone call from an Anastasia, very rude,  very harassing said they weren't soliciting, saying they were merchants that handled my business but didn't know what business.very rude.

I also received a message from this company  PCS (Private Client Services).  The message left a reference number.  I thought it was in reference to our merchant account.  After calling and speaking with Anastasia...who was indeed extremely rude and obnoxious...I ended the call by hanging up.  This company is trying to solicit us to change merchant accounts because we are "eligible" for a 30% rate reduction.  Be aware of those you do not know!  Ask a lot of questions, and if a solicitor becomes rude...it's quite obvious you don't want to do business with them and there will be a cost.  :)

I feel compelled to respond. In calling someone it is highly unprofessional that someone would find the need to yell at you because they do not understand. At no time should someone be bullied during a phone call. So when you do not allow someone to abuse you during a call, yell at you...you are labeled obnoxious. How unfortunate. It is always interesting to let the public know how someone treats people who are not putting money in their pockets, that is their TRUE test. MARY is rude, abusive,  believes bullying and yelling will get her respect.

Received an unwanted call from this number. Said they were a notification center working as a private company. Wanted to give me information about merchant services. When I told her I was NOT interested and that I get many calls like hers. She clearly did not like that.

This company has been reported to the FTC who now has open file on them. They called us and told us that they were calling on behalf of our merchant services vendor. I asked her what was our vendor name and the VP, Anastasia, said she could not name them. I asked her if this was an unsolicited sales call and she said no. I told her that our number was on the "do not call" list. I told her that I would report her and said "oooh I am scared." Hopefully now with an open investigation she can stop calling people and harassing them.

How about you Anastasia? You are rude and lie to get us to believe that you are an existing vendor. How is that professional on your part?

This party implied they were calling on behalf my current merchant service provider(LIES). They indicated that because of my favorable Risk Matrix with Visa & MasterCard (this is all lies) I could now process directly with Visa without any markup from my current service provider(ALSO LIES). This would result in savings of 30- 50% on all my fees(MORE LIES). They also told me that I qualify for Tier 1 National Enhanced Program(NOT A REAL THING). THIS IS ALL FRAUDULENT and they have created this phony dialogue to catch some poor merchant off guard who does not understand the business. STAY AWAY TOTAL RIPOFF!!!
