This guy calls himself Todd Lavene but I looked on line and he uses different names on different calls.  He said he was from a local Golf Club here and wanted me to call back.  I called the Golf Club and they have never heard of him.  Other people have written the same thing that he gives the name of a local golf club.

No doubt he's a scam or marketing guy...either way, when he calls back I'm going to have fun with him!

This guy (Todd) has called multiple times saying he is representing a local prestigious neighborhood association and needs to speak to the owner of this business. He is definitely a scam or telemarketer. I will pretend to be the owner next time to see how far he goes.

She had my first name and said she was calling from Avella Golf & Country Club - good luck!

Gave her name as Coleen Annie - talked very fast. Avella is in Pennsylvania?

I received a voicemail this morning from Colleen Manney calling me regarding Abeline Golf and Country Club.
I called back and there was no answer.
I googled the number and found this site.

Have been getting all sorts of annoying calls on my cellphone. This number called just now and I found these other comments.

I pay a lot for my cell phone service and I wish that they would do more to stop these calls - people should be able to report the number and have it blocked universally so the callers can't bother any one else.

I have the same experience today.

Got a voice message for Colleen Manny(?) fast talk saying she was calling about prestigious SF Golf Club.
Didn't sound right, so checked number and this found site.

Call today from Colleen Manning at the Levon Country Club and she left this number.

Received a voicemail 5/26/2016 from a woman stating that her name was Colleen Manny with Baton Rouge Century Club. I did an online search for this club, and I couldn't find any mention of it. The caller id did show the same number that she left as a call back number, but this number is no where near Baton Rouge.

I received the same voicemail at my office. Colleen Manny calling about the local country club. Called the number back and got voicemail for Colleen Manny. This will get real interesting if she calls back again.

I just got a call from Colleen Manny saying she got my info from BNI and was representing the Skokie Country Club. Tried to sell me an ad in a directory that would "go to 7 different country clubs". it sounded a bit fishy and she wanted me to commit right there (most likely to get a credit card number) so I asked her to email me the details. She said she would, but then the way she abruptly hung up told me she was probably fishing for credit card info.

This is funny that she called me actually.. I know almost every single person that works at Champion's Run and have never heard of Colleen Manning before. This is clearly a scam call. I actually called her back and told her nice try!

Definitely a scam.  In previous years, they pretended to be representing Real Estate Agents and charging for ads to be placed in the folder with all the info on the home for sale.  One of the real estate groups was my client, and I checked with them.  They never heard of this organization.  One of my clients is a country club manager, and I checked with him this year.  Again, never heard of the company and no plants to print any directories with ads.  Website (thegolfalmanac.net) is not set up (links to GoDaddy hosting ad)--e-mail likely spoofed as well.

A woman claiming to be from a country club in CT (note, wrong area code for CT) and wanted to know if she could add the company to a complementary list for the people who joined the country club. I informed her we are commercial and she hung up without saying anything. More than likely spam.

Colleen M emailed me about the directory for country clubs in my local area for extremely high prices. When I asked her for more info she just wanted to know what size ad i'd be willing to pay for. Total Scam. Don't be fooled by the multiple social media accounts.
