- JacobHung up when i answered.
- Chris| 4 repliesThese people don't listen. I have been getting these calls for months about free diabetic testing monitor. They are scamming the health system of the US government. I have requested to be removed from their calls numerous times and they refuse to stop calling. I have spoken to supervisors and the assure me that they would not call. 8/13/2013 told them to take my name off the their call list 8/14/2013 at 2:30 PM got another call from them.
- Caller: Diabetes Scam
- Call type: Telemarketer
- ShawnThis company is so rude and not real... I get calls all the time lies and untrue stories about my health... Doctors office has never even heard of this company and would never give them approval!!!!
- Caller: Better off health
- Call type: Telemarketer
- H.They go by "Better Off Healthy" and it's a scam. They requested insurance information for someone who was not home in the household, which was odd. They spoke of a "pain gel".
SCAM. - Johnny| 5 repliesI was just informed by a person who called the number to tell me he googled our number and we are a scam. I work for the company, and in no way are we scam. We have thousands of customers who we send med supplies to throughout the US on a daily basis. The reason why the calls are made by our sales staff is to ask the person who is suffering from diabetic neuropathy. If they would like a medication from our mail order pharmacy that would help them with their problems.
We cant send out anything without the patients doctors approving the medication. Also, the benefit from going through our pharmacy is that every health insurance covers the medication a hundred percent. With the exception of medicaid.- Caller: Better off Healthy Medical Supplies

Company is Leadworks aka Better off Healthy, LLC

- BOH Fan replies to Chris| 3 repliesBetter of Healthy is NOT a scam. They're not even a sales company. People who cannot qualify to updated diabetic supplies are on Medicaid or Medicare so the whole "taking advantage of the Government" is a lie, since people can only qualify to have a diabetic specialist contact them if they have private health insurance. Sounds like someone just didn't qualify and wanted to complain.
- Tara replies to Johnny| 3 repliesI agree, I work for Better of Healthy as an employee and we are definitely NOT scam. We don't even take credit card or money over the phone, we just verify information for people interested in obtaining a new glucose meter or diabetic supplies. People who are complaining are probably confusing Better of Healthy as a sales call, they didn't quality, or they wanted to work but didn't get hired.
- Elspeth replies to BOH FanSounds like your yet another lying shill.
- Elspeth replies to TaraYou work for them, yet you won't post correct business name, physical address, website, BBB listing, etc? Waiting...

- Caller: Diabetic.
- Harry replies to BOH FanBetter off Healthy is a sham and they try to sell more than just meters. They try to sell other stuff like "pain gel" or something like that once they get you hooked. I get sick of them trying to sell me something I don't want and do not need. The number on their site is 1-800-123-4567 so does that tell you anything? If needed, I can get people free meters and other stuff very easily and do not want someone calling me with the same darn sales pitch. They are on my reject list
- doug| 1 replyWow, I worked there for a week. "Sorry " to all the people I called that were not qualified.I put every call on "DNC" list. I thought we were calling people that had requested information, but it seemed pretty random and most #'s were wrong or unqualified. If it makes anyone feel better, they shut it down and everyone is out of work again.
- Caller: better off healthy
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Tammy Turbo replies to dougThe scam is running again, they are using 866 number.
- Dyanna replies to Tara| 1 replyComplete lie!! Your reps are so rude and disrespectful, it's in real. Not only can you not understand what half of them are even trying to say but when you tell them to take you off your main and corporate list the guy got really sh*tty with me and whispering take it off yourself like 5 times and then hung up. This was also after I told him that I have medicaid. Here's the key to getting rid of them as I once was a telemarketer we had to learn all the laws rules regulations and so on. You have to tell them to take you off their main and corporate list. Your name and number can't be contacted from that company or affiliation of that company again after 30 days, and if you do you can sue them and you will win. They have 30 days from the day you tell them that, so you will get calls from them up to the 30 days and can't do anything but after that 30 days it's in your control then.
- david5300 replies to JohnnyIs that why you are recommending something over the phone to people you have NO idea of what their issues if any are? That is called phishing and Telemarketing . Why would anyone put a medicine on them you are selling simply because you are selling it. ( that is called "Snake OIL ") . Why will you not provide a callback number if you are legitimate? Why do you say Medicare / Medicaid will pay for 100% of it when you can not tell anyone what it is or whats in it. Why do you violate the Telemarketing laws to the point I want a pound of flesh from you and the dingleberry you work with so much that I have tracked you here to your address of 148 East Boca Raton Rd Boca Raton Fla 33432 , your owners are Rxworks of the same address. I have reported you to the OHIO & Fla Attorney Generals, The federal government and others.
- Resident47 replies to DyannaCall center employees certainly learn strange and faulty readings of their controlling laws. The phrase "take me/my number off the list" has no legal force. The actual obligation set by the Telemarketing Sales Rule is to maintain an internal no-call list and add numbers as requested. Some dishonest companies train their staff not to translate "take off" as the same thing.
As to this thirty day grace period, it was not the intention of Congress when passing the TCPA to give every scofflaw an "all you can eat" month to harass people who have stated clearly their no-call demands. The call was generated by a predictive dialer, and it takes seconds, not weeks, to add a person's number to a scrub list. Therefore, the very next call after consent is revoked makes the sales caller liable for treble damages as a "knowing and willful" lawbreaker. - Diane replies to BOH FanReally I get calls from them at least twice a week different number each time. I have insurance do not need their product. Today when I told the girl I didn't have back and leg pain...she asked about my diabetes? I told her I didn't have it...she called me a liar... and said yes you do. I asked what made her think that she said she has a list??? Regardless of them "taking advantage" IN THIS COUNTRY no one has the right to keep calling after I have asked 11 times for them to stop. 6 or those times they hung up before I could finish.
