just got a call from this number. Name on caller id was Gary Dailey.

Second call... Can someone tell me the purpose of these calls???  No one on the other end...bugs the crap outta me!

Same as others.  Got a call today.  I did not pick up.  They did not leave a message.

The person calling constantly 3 or 4 years, giving different names, working for the company Solar Energy. The caller is from Florida and the phone # is showing active from the year 1996.
Got another call yesterday 04/30 2015. It seems to me they just getting pay for every answered call,
doesn't matter what the outcome of the call is. We are in NJ.
It is SPAM

Just got this call again.  They only let it ring twice - probably so they don't have to pay for the call if an answering machine picks up.  Will set my answering machine to 1 ring - ha ha ha.

Telemarketers - got a call from "Solar" group out of Florida, when I told then I am on Do Not Call, they say Oh is that so, it didnt come up for us...<click>.

They seem to call at least 2 times a day. They are able to bypass my anonymous call rejection service and they come through with no identifying title

I received two calls from these people - on 4/27 and today, about ½ hour ago.  These were on my cell phone.  I'm wondering what else someone can do if I'm already on the Do Not Call list.  I have been receiving TONS of these types of calls on both my cell phone and my land line, as well as my husband's cell phone.

They called, I didn't answer. They left a voicemail. Someone with a thick accent said they were calling from America and mentioned solar panels. Pretty sure it was a scam.

Calls repeatedly.  Can't call the number back.  Doesn't leave messages.  Clearly a robocaller trying to sell something I DO NOT WANT!  Calls despite mt being on Do Not Call List

I received THREE phone calls from this number today on my cell phone.  they are now calling me several times almost every other day.  I did file a complaint with the FTC, and will do so again, but I don't know how much it will help.  It's frustrating when hearing my phone ring only to see that it is this number AGAIN calling me.

Called three times. No message. No call back. SPAM.

Third call received in last two days.  When calling back, it says the phone number has changed and there is no forwarding number.  According to above, it looks like it is another Solar Energy call with yet another telephone number attached to it.

I purchased a Panasonic cordless telephone that has the ability block 250 phone numbers. Works just great

Thanks for the info; just got the call and ans. mach. full, so no msg could be left.  But, I was pretty sure it was span, anyway.

This call makes it our SEVENTY-THIRD (73rd!!) call from this SCAM or its 'sister' scam: "Switch Your Electric Provider.  I STRONGLY  believe that TIME WARNER CABLE is behind this, as they have been running ads for these two scams for MONTHS now, and I believe they have SOLD their subscribers' names & phone numbers to these telemarketers.  We RARELY get calls for these scams on our other numbers; occasionally, but not nearly DAILY like our landline does - the number tied to our TWC account.  The OTHER numbers they have used for this are:

ALL these calls are likely  from OVERSEAS INDIAN or PAKISTANI CALL CTRS (***HIRED*** by USA Corporations): heavy INDIAN-ASIAN/MIDDLE EASTERN accents.
