this customer is looking for a hector reed, the woman on the line states that she works for fraudulant activities at a collection agency. Then call themselves national accounts.  The people are mean and want information, when you do not give it to them they hang up immediatly.

They already violated federal debt collection laws by disclosing why they were calling. And that moronic "Fraudulent Activities" remark was aimed at both intimidating you into revealing information and causing embarassment to the person she was trying to locate (The FDCPA forbids such information from being disclosed to a third-party. A debt collector can only contact a third-party for no other reason than to locate someone.)

THESE PEOPLE ARE CALLING PEOPLE WE HAVEN'T HEARD FROM OR ASSOCATIED WITH IN OVER 20 YEARS IN SOME CASES. THEY ARE BARKING UP THE WRONG TREE BIG TIME.

these people are calling my mother and i answer the phone for her, she is 73 years old. they are looking for lloyd smith my brother, we have told them over and over we do not know how to contact him and he owes my mother money also, she paid his bills while he was incarcerated, by check.we think thats how they got her phone number he health is not good and needs her rest.they will not stop calling. they will not stop calling and we can not help them, thanks, steve

Ms. Cathy Armstrong is what she said her name was but I heard someone on the other line call her Debbie.  She called me at my place of employment harrassing the secretaries in the business who would answer my phone. After my meeting I returned her call and said I could not pay my Chase bill at this time and she interrupted me by yelling at me on the phone swearing and telling me that I am going to pay and that the phone calls were not going to stop.  I am currently trying to work with Consumer Credit Counseling Services to pay off my dept.  I ask that you please speak with this individual and her department to stop calling me at work. The extension was X-243.  Thank you and I would appreciate your assistance.

Nancy Dell from this number keeps calling me at work.  I don't answer the phone.  She leaves threatening voicemails on my work phone.  I have had it with this harassment. Her extension is 243.  I do not even have any credit cards and I believe that is what this company is.

Caller refused to identify herself, but claimed that we owed money to a bank that we had never done business with. When I asked for information and began to record the call, she immediately hung up. Clearly a scam.

Every morning I receive an email saying I have a new voicemail from 561-689-9015. I've never listened to any of the voicemails because I was worried it was some sort of virus. I'm a 19 year old college student. Why would they be calling me? And how do I make it stop?

Got a call from this number. No name so no pickup. Good thing I didn't pickup.

This number calls one or twice a day at the same exact time. I generally don't answer the phone, or pick up and hang up if I'm annoyed. Sometimes they leave a message, but it's automated. The one time I answered, back in March, the woman on the other end verbally threatened me to pay back my "debt" to the bank. When I hung up on her, she used her personal cell phone to call me (I used a reverse phone look-up with the State Police). She left a message on my phone, again threatening me and telling me to grow up and be an adult. I am 21 years old, no one tells me to grow up... especially a cranky debt collector.

Try if you have caller ID look at the number pick up do not say anything just hang up also you can have the phone company block the number.

With Yahoo and I guess with other services you can block email I do wonder how they got your email address.
