Caller ID read "Altamonts"
The woman asked if I was an owner or an employee (employee). She then proceeded to tell me that our phone # had been selected to receive a scratch ticket and that she was not selling anything. She preceded to ask me questions which I obliged her. She asked me my age group (A), She asked if I was full or part time (part time), She asked my income (none of the above), she then asked if I was married (no) which she then apologized to me since I wasn't married. She then said I didn't qualify for the scratch off ticket.

Just keep your answers to where you are young, unmarried and make less than $25,000 a year (even if it is untruthful) and they will leave you alone.

The caller said he was calling from Canadian Pharmacy. I told him we don't take poisons. He said, we don't sell poisons. I said, pharmaceutical drugs are poisons. He hung up.

I received a phone call from this number this morning asking to speak to the head of the household. The woman acted like a teenager giggling and hanging up on me.

I just received a call from this number. The woman said she'd like to speak to the owner of the phone number. I told her that was me. I asked, "Is this a sales call?" and she answered, "No" and hung up.

Person spoke what sounded like some foreign language that was completely non- understandable.  Then hung up....

Hung up when I answered. Said Altamonts on my caller I'D.

Someone keeps calling me from this number!

Same as others.  Caller I.D. says "Altamonts".  In my case the phone rang twice and they hung up.  Just another robodialing scammer, I suppose.

Received call from this number, said I had won something (something about $2500).  Said their company was expanding across Okla.  Asked questions, if I am employed full or part time, age range, said supervisor would be calling back to verify something.

Altamonts 561-740-6155 calls are really annoying and becoming more frequent lately.  I had been ignoring them for some time and finally picked up a call to ask that they add my number to the "do not call list," but when I did there was no person to speak to....WTF?  Perhaps they have their system in place but can't retain their telemarketer staff at Altamonts because they are such scumdogs that even their scamming telemarketer staff won't participate.    

My advice: If the ringing phone annoys you pick it up and immediately hang up, sort of like pausing to clear your throat and spit out.....Altamonts

These people are phishing for information, they ask a few questions then tell you that you will a prize and want to send someone to your home to deliver it. Don't confirm or tell them anything, save yourself the headache and just hang up.

Keep getting calls from these guys whomever they are.  I never answer and they never leave a message.  I thought I'd try calling them back but when I did, I got nothing.  The phone didn't even ring.  Next time they call, I'm going to pick up and tell them our number is on the "Do not call" list and don't call again.

Same as the others, calls and leaves no message.  Robo-callers   Unless you have a call block set up on your phone, these types will keep calling and they likely won't honor the Do Not Call List.  Don't answer, because that's what they're looking for.  

Altamonts.  Caller said she was calling from some communications company, not selling anything.  She was calling about a "free solar program, it won't cost you anything.  It's funded by the government".  Who does she thinks funds the government?  I am reminded every April that government money costs me a lot!

Total BS call that should be outlawed if we had a government that would protect us from this annoying crap and crooked worthless companies.  I would say more but the truth is not PC.

Just what do you want the government to do to block such phone calls?  Remember, they may originate in other countries and be routed through the internet and the caller ID may be spoofed.  Do you want the government to monitor all calls?

After a month of daily calls -- most hangups -- I reported them to the donotcall.gov site -- have not gotten another one

They don't stop 4-5 times per day!!!

Got a text message this morning asking me if this was me and I replied with who are you? They never answered back so then I sent message back telling them never to contact me again. This is not the first time this number has sent a text. They have called several times hanging up on me.

This number actually text me in regards to a job with MEDA Pharmaceuticals. They wanted me to subscribe to Google Hangout and have a "chat interview."  Be careful because they come off very legitimate and it is sad because a lot of people are desperately looking for a job.
