Rich Stevens called from this number & asked us to call him back at 561-906-7355. Said he wanted to talk to the owner about our local country club.  I had read about scams like this so I did not call him back.

Rich Stevens is a scams advertising do not give them any info he call the business and talk about the country club is soud so real he will give you any price lucky I didn't give him my credit card he also     show you to visit his website at www.premierpubinc.com

Got the same Rich Stephens calling. All one has to do is call the Anthem Country Club and report this person. Any business dealings with the club would be direct through Anthem Country Club not a 561 area code.

Rich Stephens called me asking about boulder ridge golf club did not call back

I got a call from Rich Stevens today regarding Gulf Harbor Country Club.  Did not return call.

I got the call from Richard regarding some business in Pinnacle Peak Country Club.  I am not calling back.  It came from a Fla number. 561-775-5659 but wanted me to call back at 561-906-7355.  I will block the number now.

Got a call from Rick Stevens about TPC Country Club Sugarloaf. After googling his number, I see he is "representing" a number of Golf Clubs! Doesn't sound right.

Same person called today and wanted to talk about The Woodlands CC. No thanks!

Received voicemail from Rich Steven - he wanted me to give him a call about some business over at Miromar Lakes.  Said he saw my profile on Trulia and wanted to see I could help him. I have received blind calls like this in the past so did not call back.

Same story as above, he called and wanted to talk about "some business" for a place I don't even work 😂
