Yesterday afternoon I got a call from someone in Florida (name Adiel Hemingway) who promised to lower our monthly house payment by a huge amount.  He told me that he is in a "fee for service" operation ($2875) to be paid by February, 2010, but he  wouldn't/couldn't tell me when the mortgage loan would be reduced.  Normally, I don't even talk to these guys but he said they work with FHA/HUD, etc. and I bought his spiel. After waking up several times during the night, regretting that I spoke with him, I've tried all morning to call him back asking that he cancel the entire thing.  THE PHONE NUMBER THEY GAVE ME IS EVIDENTLY BOGUS, AS ARE THE EXTENSION NUMBERS. I have tried to dial the number that our answering machine printed, but I only got a message that you can dial l if I want our number removed from their calling list.
The number they gave me to call them "if I have any questions" is 561-844 0578 ext  221, and the number revealed on our caller ID is 616 604 2015.

And I never promised to Lower your monthly payment...you first had to qualify for the program and I never said that I worked for or with HUD or FHA I said we were lic. Mortgage company...Get yoiyr facts straight
