This company keeps calling leaving false threatening message saying they are going to serve me with legal papers at my home or place of business. Yet, they refuse to leave a legitimate company name or relevant infomation. This is in violcation of federal collection laws. They cannot purport to be serving you with legal papers just as a threat and provide you with no debt validation or company information. They also state things such as you will forfeit your legal right. A collection company does not have the ability to determine your rights. It's ridiculous that they leave these nonsense messages to threaten people. I have reported them to the FTC. I have my # on a no call list and they continue to call. They will not send anything in writing. I would recommend anyone else who hears from this company who is not following collections regulations consider filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission as companies like this need to be stopped.

Called lft msg: woman (w/heavy accent) said her name was "ahhh" "Debra and since I didn't comply w/the complaint, documents would be served w/in next few days at my place of employment ot residence. If I had questions call plaintiff @ 561-952-1651".  Most of the msg was hard to hear like she was lokking down at something while she was talking.  Probably reading off a memo on what to say.  I don't know what this is about but I'm not calling anyone that will not give me thier business name!!!!  They called my work # and caller ID came up as VITELITY, LLC.  I searched the web but not info on this company name but found this for the phone number.  These calls have got to STO!!!!!  How do we stop them?????

You could try asking them who used the number but they probably won't tell you.  I'd at least complain to them after every call and threaten to sue them if they don't put a stop to it.

I got a call today from Debra Ross with a heavy accent. She told me that I owed about $1000, but they were willing to settle for $300 for a loan I HAD BEEN DENIED 4 years ago!!!!! She told me they sent my account to 2 collection agencies, but she could not give me the name of them. I called the number 10:45 p.m. California time and no answering machine with the name of the company picked up. A legit business would leave the name of their company. This is a scam!!!!

I received a call by a rep by the name Kim Smith called and threatening me about they were going to pick my kids up and get all my property from me. States she work for a law firm by the name Wolfstein and associates. I asked kim for the address of the company she refused to give it to me. then she started yelling telling me that I need to pay them. I told her I will call her in with Federal Trade Commission he started yelling at me she gave me the number to call her back which I refuse to you the number she gave me was 5619521651. while I was on the phone with her she was speaking ing to one of her coworkers is some kind of foreign language I could not understand. Kim wanted to verify my personal information which I told her that's not gonna happen. I tell her by law she can I continue to keep calling me I'm back to back.

I rcvd a call today from Kim/Kisha Smith. This is the worst scam!! Do they really think ppl believe legal notices are delivered this way? First, if this were serious, I wldnt be getting a call.. Then, if u cnt give me any info, why shld I deal with u?? Not cool scammer! U r am idiot!!
