Someone called and said I had filled out a form online about something to do with diabetes.  That is strange, because a week ago it was me filling out a form about college.....so I asked her how did you get my number, she said you filled out a form, I asked when did I fill out a form she said I don't know it was passed on to us.  Who are you, she said I just need to ask you a few questions.  I asked again, from who did you receive my number? Again, I don't know...then I asked her if she knew I was on the National Registry No Calls List, and she said, no.  Again, but I just need to ask you something about the information you filled out on line.  I asked her what information, but she never mentioned what was on the "document I "supposedly" filled out"  She said part of my name but not all of my name and she gave me my address, and again, I asked her how did you get my number.  She said it's from the form you filled out, I said I did not fill out any form and please do not call my number again.  She was rather flustered by then and said that she would list that I was on the no call list or something to that effect.

I've been getting these also from the same number.  Did you sign up for the Publishers Clearinghouse Sweepstakes?  It was funny that that was the only thing I filled out.

Didnt answer and they didnt leave a message

This number just called my childs phone asking for me.. we are on separate accounts so I have no idea how they got my number to her phone.

I don't know how this message has come around to me, since I don't recall signing up for any of this company's services.  I would like it stated that I have now told these people twice to remove my number from their calling list.  I hope that a third time is not required to get this taken care of.

ID was Florida, sounded like non american accent on phone. was about diabetes. I checked off this on publishers clearing house over a year ago to find out abut a co. tthey call and due to ACS coupd'etat of govt have to talk with their ins dept and they will never make the referrral they just want to bill Medicare even if its not the primary and thart is fraud. Need to know that their billing software they ourchased  has a field to code a conditional payment. if not its fraud and ptient is liable for stolen monies and co could have bank account frozen by govt for fraud

I get a phone call from that number 3-4 times a day every single day
and i dont have call blocker so i cant block it.

when i answer they hang up
when i dont answer they dont leave a mesasge

how do i get them to stop??

Keep getting these calls also. The only thing I have signed up for lately is PCH..but here is the funny thing..it is not my number..it is my room-mates..Never, ever gave out that number and he guards that # with his life.

I received similar message about Diabetic supplies from 561-972-5440. I told them I already have an upgraded meter and received supplies last month. The guy insisted that I am due for upgrade now. And strange thing is that he has ALL my information. I am calling my health provider to make sure, this is not fraud.

i did not fill any forms out except for a job, then this number comes up and leaves no message, then after days of calling, the same number calls my cell and my land line at the same time.still no message.

Just received a call from someone from a diabetes place wanting information,looking for someone who don't live here, I have had it with these knobshines, I'm going to hunt you down  and kick your ever living ass so bad you will have wished you would have never seen a phone.

Unwanted phone call. Number is on national do not call list. I have not filled out any forms on line for a long time.

Have been getting calls from this number numerous times a day. When I answer no one speaks and they leave no message. ANNOYING!!! I wish they would stop

I get calls about two-three times a week. I have told these [***] not call me. They think I am "Arthur".  I have explained to them many times that I am not diabetec and I know no "Arthur"  They apologize and say they will take me off their list and then they call anyways.  This has been going on for a year.  I'm a busy person and it's just easier to pick up and hang up on them, but this is getting ridiculous. A coupld of weeks ago I have threatened to call the atty general in their state and now that is what I am going to do.

My cell number was somehow passed on to this company. I have not filled out any form. I am not diabetic. I have been getting calls from them for more than a year now.  This company has several call centers... Their Florida phone number has been changed... I ended up keeping all of their numbers in my contact list. Whenever it rings, I just turn it off. I talked with them several times but they don't stop. Even my cell number was on the National-Do-not-Call list.

I GET DAILY CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER, WHEN I ANSWER THERE IS DEAD SILENCE ON THE LINE. I HAVE STOPPED ANSWERING THE CALL.

I also got a call from that number...Did anyone fill out an online job application...Some joblines, online universities and job listing companies sell the info they get. Also onlike financial groups. Try contacting local telephone company to try blocking the calls. Try getting free online phone,ie gmail or ymail phones, so calls go to email address.

Caller called my cell phone # asked for my son. I asked who was calling and he gave his name and said he would call back at a later time then hung-up.
