On Sept. 14, 2010. I got four calls from this number within four minutes. I did not answer.

Please don't call again. No one in this household speaks spanish.

We got a call asking for someone named Nayeli Ibarra and no one is here with that name.

I get calls from this number on a DAILY basis

Number is for Portfolio Recovery Associates Inc. in Westlake Valley, California.  They're a collection agency based out of Norfolk, Virginia with about a dozen offices throughout the U.S.  They don't come anymore inept than this company.  You can file a complaint with your states attorney general, the FCC & even better, the New York Stock Exchange.  Your best bet, is if you have caller ID, don't answer any calls you don't, I emphasize the word DON'T know, i.e. "TOLL FREE CALL" "UNKNOWN CALLER",
"PORTFOLIO RECOVERY", etc.  Don't go through the trouble of changing your phone number, it won't keep these creeps from hounding you.  It's so sad to think that these sad men & women have achieved all they are ever going to achieve by lowering their standards & perceptions of life to sully themselves in the type of occupation.  I feel sorry for them & their families.

it is an automated message in spanish and no one in the office speaks spanish. We get calls daily even on weekends.
