Just wanting to know if this is a legitimate number and for whom, or if it is a scammer?

Just received a call from this number about 'lowering my credit interest'

Got call as well, did not answer, no message

I did get a call about lowering my interest rate on my credit card. When I pushed #1 to talk to someone and she got on the phone I asked who she was with, she hung up right away.
This is a scam to get your information do not do it!!!

Just got called from here.  Did not answer.

The phone rang a few minutes ago. as I enterd my front door with atms fill of packages.

Bogus callers usually ring 4-5 times, but he caller rag a dozen, as would a bona fide caller.

My caller ID read Kaiser Permanente, so I attempted to call back, with no success.

Earlier this AM, I'd exchanged e-mail with Kaiser about something else...

From the other posts, I gather this isn't Kaiser...

How do I get them to stop calling me?

Answered the phone at work; no one there. ID said Kaiser Permanent.

Got a call from this # stating they were Kaiser Permanente. The robo call stated my account was current as to what I owe but to hang on more personnel info (mine) was need for the account file.
My healthcare provider is NOT Kaiser causing the alarms to go off in my mind.

I keep getting calls from this number and want them to stop!

I just got a call from this number and did not answer. No message was left and I'm very wary of phone scams now. Sounds like this might be a scam! How annoying.

Answered a call, They were from Visa, then when I said I didn't owe on my Visa, they were from MasterCard, I don't have a MasterCard so they said they were from Discover or American Express.  Spoke with Discover and they said they have nothing to do with it.

This number just called my home.  I answered and heard the message about lowering CC rates, and pressed "1" as instructed to speak with someone - I wanted to be taken off of their calling list.  I asked who they were as the automated message did not indicate the company.  I was told Capital One.  I asked the unkind gentleman to remove me from his calling list and he insisted that he needed to know if I had any other credit cards.  I let him know that he did not need to know this information and to remove me from their list.  He was rude and hung up.

Just received a call from this number, did not answer and they did not leave a message.  Based on the other messages I am glad I didn't.

Just got a call from this number. I usually don't answer calls from unknown parties, but this one indicated it was from "Kaiser Permanen." I have done some contract work for Kaiser Permanente before, so I answered it. When I learned it was a robo-call from a firm that claims it can reduce my credit card rates, I hung up.

Just received a call from this number (12:55 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4).  After the recording which warned me that this was my last opportunity to lower the interest rate on my credit card, I pressed "1" to speak with a representative...  A guy came on after a brief wait, and I tried to ask him "with all due respect" to remove my number from his calling list, and he hung up on me before i could finish my statement.  

HOW, HOW, HOW can we prevent these jerks from calling us--they clearly are not honoring the law, as they are soliciting business of people who have signed up with the National Do Not Call Registry...  I am sick of it, and have to deal with them daily.  Perhaps I should follow the example of the YouTube guy who gives them more grief than one can imagine!!!  An airhorn might be in order...!

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

I receved a call from this number and pressed "1" to speak to an operator.  After very graciously offering to lower my credit card interest due to me "Excellent history of always paying my bill on time" I informed him that I had no credit cards.  He hung up immediately.

This number just called me, claiming that my credit card was current and then gave me an offer to lower my interest rate. I hung up. I assume it was a scam.
