Just received a call from this number in Long Beach, CA . I don't know anyone there, so I didn't answer. I came right to this site, like  always to check it out

Received a call from this number offering to lower my interest rates on credit cards.  I hung up, and will notify do not call list next.

Early this morning, I received a call from a number 888-579-9239 and told this person Angie or Andy whatever it was, that if I received another call from that number, I would contact our attorney and file harassment charges against them.  So this afternoon, they used another number  562-628-9380 and was id as Long Beach Medical. So there it is.  If you get any number at all that you do not know, either do not answer it or have a whistle and get ready to blow really hard when you pick that phone up.  This has got to stop!!!

I got a call from this number but they didn't leave a voice mail. I called back and it was a changed, disconnected or no longer in service.

I received a call this morning from this number showing as Long Beach, CA.  Same situation-I didn't answer, no message left.  I called back and got a recording for a non-working #.  It seems as if putting yourself on the national Do Not Call Registry is useless protection...

Missed this call. Called from land line, got message "You have reached a number that is no longer in service."
Called from my cell and all I get is the "fast busy" signal.

I was just cleaning my blocked numbers because I ran out of room and since there were no complaints since Dec 2013 I figured it was safe to remove them. 45 minutes later I get a call from them. Weird. Back on the list they go!

Just got another call from this company.. I answered it and its a "robo" call stating they have exciting news and can lower the interest rate to a low of 6.2% but it is expiring very soon, please press 1 for this exciting offer or 2 to decline and be removed for further calls. Ive pressed 2 numerous times over the past three days, yet the calls continue to come. Besides the fact that I pay for everything in cash and have ZERO credit cards. So, today I pressed 1 and when I was transferred I could hear people in the background in a call center talking and I could hear that they all had accents from India and the like. I said hello many times but no one came on the line but I could hear them in the background asking customers to verify their acct numbers and exp and they would guarantee a lower rate!! Received a call at 10:50 am on 8/22/14, Saying my credit card wanted to lower my interest rate to 6%. Never identified the company.

Got the same message as above, before I could push 1 or 2 it hung up on me.  Must be a scam, credit cards would never call you like this.

TX, USA as well as other numbers listed in my previous posting above.. I have gotten six calls today alone and two messages.. I tried waiting on the line again and same thing happened, then when I try to call back I just get a fast busy signal!! How do we get these fu!?$&@ to stop calling us!!

Them: We can lower your credit card interest rates.
Me: Which card are you talking about?
Them: Your Visa and MasterCard.
Me: You are lying.
Them: You shouldn't say that.
Me.  I KNOW you are lying.
Them: Why do you say that?
Because I don't HAVE any credit cards you idiot.  Don't call me again.

Thank you for info.  They r calling cells here.  Our cells registered with do not call.  Turned in to attorney general in our state.

Incoming call to a land line phone.  Phone number on both the state and federal do-not-call registries.  Robo caller message from 562-628-9380 states: ”This is credit card services. There is nothing wrong with your credit card account but it may be possible to lower your account interest rate.  Press - - - to be connected to a representative or press - - - to be put on our do not call list.”  After several seconds of no sounds, call disconnects.

A return call to this number 562-628-9380 results in recorded message from “care on site” with multiple “press - - -“ options, none of which results in human interaction.
