    Female called and asked for CEO by first name. Had to ask twice what her name was; believe she said "Ada" (bas connection-obvious speakerphone).  When I asked what company she was calling from, she replied that stardard,  good old generic name: "Corporate Account". Went on hold limbo for over minute and a half before she hung up. Caller ID showed:  "Scott, Scotland". ?!?!?!?!  SCAM.

    Well, dear old "Ada" called again. Practically shouted her name. Asked for Pres. by first/last name.  When I asked who was calling, she replied: "Ada" without stating the company. Well, red flag, ADA. I slammed the phone down. She called right back, and I transferred her to someone else. Don't want to deal with this BS all day.
