called me and said that they could lower some interest rates but turns out I had a few extra minutes so I got the guy on the ropes and said I had a MasterCard with like a couple thousand and told him to go f*** himself

Called my office phone today; I need to accept calls from all areas, so this one wasted my time again.  Same crap, different day.... card services scammers looking for credit card info.

Says they can lower my credit card payments.....like I am REALLY going to give them any information!

Bonus points if you have them on for over 15 minutes. I have some fake CC numbers on a card by the phone so I can read them back when asked. Hints to increase your time: Talk slowly, take 30-45 seconds to go find your card, when a card comes back invalid change 1 of the numbers next time you read it back, ask them to repeat things because you don't understand, tell them you have another card if the first one doesn't work, rinse/repeat... Good luck!

This same company employs numbers from SEVERAL different locales nationwide. They are INCESSANT in calling despite pressing "2" on countless calls, which supposedly adds you to the no-call list. I own a business and I HATE THESE PEOPLE. They waste my time on at least 5 to ten calls each day.

Vulgar ending to a disturbing regular occurrence! I answered this call because they called on a business phone. The recording said for me to dial 9 to speak to someone because I have been approved for a lower interest rate on my credit account. After a long hold I spoke to someone. I asked which card they were calling about, they said the one with my bank. I said which bank, they said all banks. I asked what the name of the company they worked for was he said Card member Services. I asked what the website was, he said bbb.com. I asked hime to repeat the website and he said he wouldn't. He asked repeatedly what kind of card I have and what bank I use. I asked him if he needed to know this than how did his company know I qualified for lower interest rates. I asked him why I was being called at all if they did not know who i was or what card I used or what bank I use. He said he called so I could suck his **** and then hung up.

Didn't answer.  I need to keep a couple of fake card numbers by my phone.

This is a scam.   Warning this number IS scaling you.   I got call from them stating that they could lower my interest rate on my debt.

Hint: I have No debt.

I asked which card they could lower my rate on and he rattled off all the major cards in the world. I asked him which of my cards he was calling me on and he asked which one I use the most. First of all, I work for a bank and we don't call out to you to lower your bank. You can, however, call in to us and ask if we can lower your rate. This is a total scam so just hang up.

(563) 387-8361 was a robocall scam claiming it was my credit card company, assured me that there was no problems with my account, they just wanted to lower my interest rate to as low as 6.9%. I hung up.

I fell for this and answered all his questions. He then told me that I was approved for a much lower interest rate. I called my cc bank to ask if it was lowered. I then was told it was a scam. I hate people that prey on people that needs the help. I made a desicion out of despire. I'll hang up from now on. Lucky they haven't charged my cards yet.

It amazes me that in 2017, people still answer these unknown and out-of-area phone calls.
We have the 563 area code blocked - our phones do not ring when these criminals call.

Received call - don't know this number. Didn't answer. left no message - but stayed on phone long enough to leave 3 sec blank message. Annoying. form IALOANRELIEF

got a Hiya blocker and when these calls come it will state "please reply to this message with your name and call again". Needless to say they never do.
