EVERY TIME I TRY TO ASK TO BE TAKEN OFF THEIR CALL LIST, THEY HANG UP ON ME!!!!!

Rude operators when they do come on the line - I've had to use the "F" word to get an operator - none of the numbers on the phone keypad work to get a live person.

They've been calling me for a few days now.  This time I pressed 9 to "reduce my rate".

When I asked which card, they said "all of them".  When I started to ask them a question about it, they immediately hung up.

After waiting patiently for assistance, I asked politely to be taken off their phone calling list and was immediately HUNG UP ON! Who are these creeps? Put them out of business!

Female recorded voice offering to lower credit rate to as low as 6% on Visa/Mastercard.  Switched over to live male.  He refused to name the issuing bank, kept saying "It's just Visa/Master card."  He got snide and said "Are you even the cardholder?"  I said "I'm not answering your questions until you tell me *which* Mastercard and Visa you are with."  He lost his cool and said "Lady, I'm not getting into a battle of wits with you. Please hold."  Then I was cut off.

I was quite sure this was fraud just based on the "Unknown name" and weird "000" number on Caller ID.

Same as above, but when I told him I am on the Do Not Call Registry, he said "We Don't Care, You Can't Find Us" and hung up.

Same thing happened to me. I pressed 9, and was asked how much I owed on my visa/mastercard. I asked which co. they were with, he said none, just a company that can get reduced rates without damaging my credit. When I told him I am on the do not call registry, he hung up on me.

If you MUST answer, Don't say anything more than Hello......  There is very sophistcated Voice Recognitioning software that is beyond belief. The call could be anything from Home Burglary Fishing (looking to see who's home), to the Domestic Spying Program that Doesn't exist and won't be stopped.

Continue to get calls from 564-000-4545 insisting I respond immediately to get a reduction on credit card interest rates. This time, I answered, pressed 9 and a live person answered. I said I was from the FTC government ... and before I could say anything else, she hung up.
I went to the FTC website and filed a complaint however, I don't know if that will help.

I've been getting harassed by these scum bags for weeks now. They are supposedly looking to reduce your interest rates, but really just want your CC number. I asked them to take my name of their list, and they sexually harassed me and then directed me to a telephone sex line instead. The company claims to be "Account Services", and some of the numbers that show up in the caller id are: 407-000-4712; 407-000-2959; and 564-000-4545. I submitted a complaint to the FTC. Like that's going to help.

I got this call for about the 100th time again today.  Legitimate companies do not spoof caller id information.  I pressed the 9 and told him yes I was interested.  He had my and my wifes name, but no other information.  He said the credit card companies are allowed to sell our name and phone number.  Since I work at one of these companies I can tell you they DO NOT give out contact information.  They don't have contact information.  The card holder data is at the issuing bank.  MC/Visa provide a service and brand information, but do not issue cards.  I asked him several questions about what card he was referring to and he didn't have that information.  It's a scam to get you to take their card and transfer your balance.  He finally told me to quit wasting their time and hung up on me.  I would suggest that everyone take the call and keep them on the line as long as you can.  The less profit there is in this, the quicker these scams will go away

Same as every one else.  I just saw a news report on these people last night and they are a huge scam that charges big money for a packet of paper work.
